So far, so good!
I just opened my Chromebook. It looks brand new! It did come with a charger. The size is perfect for me. I didn’t need a big laptop. I just wanted something I could easily move around versus my desktop. If I have any issues, I will update my review. So far, so good! I’m excited!

Even though it was a refurbished computer I don't think I should have received this type of refurbished computer. The charge part in the computer looked it had been Pride open and the part where you would put a SD Card slot was broken. I will never buy from this person again. This computer was for my daughter so that she can do her school work. I didn't pay $173 for this. I'm ver disappointed and unhappy with the service I received.

    Returned item, not usable!
    Thought it was a great deal.... until it arrived. The "refurbished" laptop had a mouse pad that did not work well, could hardly get anything to open.. BUYER BEWARE!!! They are sending out OLD Chrome books that cannot be updated and as soon as it boots up there is a warning from Google saying the software and the security updates have EXPIRED and CANNOT be updated. Why would anyone sell something that has already expired its updates? I do not recomend.

    I do not recommend it. I was disappointed, the product is send without a box and it arrived with scratches, it does not sen new. I plan to return it.

    Buttons messed up
    Functional, does the job, although the integrity of the buttons are poor. My "O" is messed up. Still good if your PC is a necessity. Let's face it, we all need one now days.

    Big scratch on screen.
    I bought this because the reviews were good. I needed it for work and school due to kids pouring water on my old one and killing it. Got her quick but with a big scratch across the screen. Now I have to find something else last minute. Can't believe a company would send out a product that is obviously damaged. Refurbished doesn't mean damaged. The quality should still be good. I can deal with a few scratches on the body of the laptop, but, not the screen. Very disappointed.

    I have never used a laptop before, I've had a desktop computer and tablets only. I was looking for a laptop to get a work from home job. I was looking into different brands and it was suggested I get a Samsung. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Now I just need to learn how to use it.

    Reçeived the wrong charger. Besides that this laptop came practicaly new no scratches no dents and moves fast. I love it. Except its dien now and no charger. Packaged amazing and instructions clear.

    Awesome refurbished chromebook
    I ordered this because my 9 yr old broke the screen on his laptop right before school started. Couldn't see anything on it. I didnt want to spend a lot of money on another one in case it gets dropped or something again. This one arrived ahead of time, looked brand new. No dings or scratches. Set up was a breeze, just a matter of signing into and uploading or transferring files from the old one to this one. Minutes really. Key strokes are smooth, my son has no issues using his headphones or mouse with it. So far its great, pages load quickly, camera quality for digital learning is nice.

    Just received item today. I was nervous being that it is refurbished, but it is working like it is brand new. No scratch or dent in sight. Totally worth purchasing! I also made it cute for my daughter by adding the pink skin! I hope it maintains.
