Perfect Chromebook
I absolutely love with this HP Chromebook!!! I was extremely hesitant to buy refurbished but couldn’t be more pleased with this item! It arrived in perfect working condition and looked brand new. I was needing to purchase something quick in order to work from home and couldn’t decide between a laptop desktop or pc....I had never owned much less even used a Chromebook but after much research decided to give this one a shot and I am so glad I did. I couldn’t be happier! This Chromebook functions well for both work and personal use keeping things simple and easy. Great Camera. Great Mic and Sound.Great Purchase/PC All Around. I Highley recommend this item and seller.🌺🌺🌺

Not what I was expecting
Just got the Chromebook and didn't realize it was refurbished. Expected a new Chromebook for the amount I paid and several keys didn't work. The description did not mention this was refurbished anywhere in the product description. Very disappointed.

    I was a bit worried about some comments from other buyers, but the truth is that I really liked the product, it was better than I expected, it only has a few small scratches on the outside but everything else is fine and it works very well.

    Negative experience
    I did not like the fact that the mic was not working. After multiple days of troubleshooting, the issue was still not resolved and I had to buy a replacement immediately. This experience has created a negative experience with purchasing from the marketplace moreso because I think verifying that the mic was working was an easy thing to verify.

    Look elsewhere
    Ordered two of these and didn't realize they are refurbished. One works ok, but the other one only works when plugged up and after doing several google searches found out that it more than likely doesn't have a battery at all, or a faulty battery. Contacted company for a replacement, but I would have had to pay almost as much to return it as I paid for it so I just kept the device and use it plugged in. Not worth the time or money.

    Just a bad choice I guess
    I wish I could give this less then one star. This chromebook came to me filthy scratched data still on it. I had to factory reset it myself clean it and it still looked like crap

    Bought through Walmart, did not see that a third party business was involved. I wanted a new Chromebook, got a refurbished one. Not such a good Cyber Monday deal!!!!
