    A Wee Bit of Disappointment
    I would rather not be told that my order will be here on "day 3" and then it actually showes up at my door on "day 5". It's difficult explaining to children that, "it isn't here today. it will be soon though." and that, "it's out of my control". otherwise everything was straight and on the money. I would have given a 5 star rating otherwise.

    Too bad
    The computer itself was in good shape and ran really well. My problem't was the cord that was sent. It wouldnt charge at all. Looked like it might have been the wrong cord for this computer, it didnt fit right in the connection part.

    I'm very pleased with this purchase.
    An excellent value for the price. The wear marks on the cover are minimal, and there are no marks at all on the keyboard or screen. Everything works as it should.

    I really like this laptop. I've been looking for one with a larger screen and this one is just perfect. The images on the screen are clear and I can access the internet for virtually anything I need. Response time is quick, which I like. I've had problems with previous laptops when I close the lid, then reopen, all my folders are gone and I have to restart everything. This doesn't happen with this laptop. All I really use a laptop for is email, internet searches, and bill payment, so I don't need a lot of advanced applications. Works just fine for me

    Ok. So I received the item a week later than expected. They contacted me and said my address was invalid so I had to reconfirm the same address.. Item comes in this morning and Im so excited right.. I had my hopes up since I purchased the item. I open it.. its WHITE . I ordered a Black laptop. It does have scratches and some tear but I expected it to be so it said that on the description.. BUT it did not say white. It said the only color available was black so Im quite confused?... I have to say Id never buy from this seller again but the laptop will be put to good use.

    It looks like crap. I'm disappointed it does not look like the provided. It has yellow crayon or glue all over the front. it's not what the picture showed.
