False advertisement
First of all I will like to say I was very disappointed with this item. This was my first time to purchase a refurbished item and it will be my last. I wish the seller had the information correctly about this item. I received this package unclean, with marks all over. Looks nothing like what the picture shows. This is not something you can give as a gift, I was trying to give this to my daughter as a Christmas gift. Next time you try to sell something make sure you state all the flaws the item has.

    the stickers they put on the front of computer is way off and dnt look good at all...took to long to get it and was not happy with the way it was..the inside was ok though...

    The laptop was not white as shown. We couldn't connect to the internet. After trying to figure out why, there was a message saying the OS wouldn't have anymore updates on the device that we should upgrade the device.

    It was locked with previous user information, walmart didn't unlock the laptop . I couldn't use the chromebook as i should. Very disappointed.
