Like any good shopper; that notices good price; anyone would be skeptical at 125.00 with shipping??‍️‍️ but its true! Wal-Mart is always out of stock so for them to go out their way an offer resources is a plus; however it's optional. You can always wait on wal mart. As for myself. Most businesses are operating remotely so the demand for a computer is high they are hard to find...I have never purchased a refurbished product before through the mail; so to get exactly what I ordered... although it is refurbished in PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT condition stole my heart. I love good business people who stand behind what they offer. I have zero complaints. If u would have listen to the comments left here, that reflected this company in a negative way, I wouldn't be happy right now. The job i am going to receive requires a desk top. Before today; I didn't have one. Only my laptop....even thought I didn't have that much money to work with, I still jumped on walmart.com to see if I could price a desktop...and I was navigated here and I an glad. I stopped by to say please purchase from this company; I enjoyed the experience of having my item delivered Wednesday night, I actually order with them Tuesday at 2am central standard. Tracking information and all was sent. The carrier left the box in front my door. Tactful. Very..very tactful. I was speechless after I hooked everything up. I purchased the drawing table from Wal-Mart at 25.00 and the stool for 15.00...so I made a complete office space within my bedroom for under 200.00. Hopefully that helps your decision. Kendra!!

Not satify the product :(
When I recievd the product I was very excited about it and looking forward to put it together even under the wildfire evacuation within 10 miles distance in California. However, I tried to place assemble together found that the keyboard was completely not working, not able to press anykey. I could not register. Before hand, once you hooked up the computer tower it made a very loud sound. I attempted for many times still the same issue. My work absolutely need a strong ethernet connection and I highly adopted this figure in order to operated. The monitor does not look new, more like a 2nd hand. Be aware there was not a manuel in the package since all part from different provider, HP, Acer, and unknown keyboard company. The only part work was the mouse, but no pad including. I did contact the customer service rapresentative. The first attemped was chat line the person was not friendly. The secound time finally got the telephone and contacted the real person to express my concern. The customer service was very friendly after all and able to rescue my issue in a heart beat with care and sincere. I am a Walmart.com big fan for years with all the purchase for my family, myself even for my pet with Walmart.RX all in trust. I am glad to have the final Walmart.com customer service rep to handle my case in Good Will. Thanks Walmart.com Joss

    No WiFi, wrong tower, signs of use, slow.
    Received the larger convertible version of tower. Monitor has shadows. Cheap RGB cable has horrible picture. USB wifi dongles driver issue. I added a WiFi card. Still very slow and shows signs of use. Ordering many upgrades to compensate. Not recommended for any gaming or non-tech savvy person, especially if that person needs WiFi.

    A Steal of a Deal
    I am pleasantly surprised with this computer for the price i paid. the package arrived 5 days earlier than the estimated arrival date, which is awesome. the computer and all other components were packaged very securely and i could tell that it was not just thrown into the box without regard to the state it would be in when the customer received it. there are a few scuffs as expected since it is refurbished. the only complaint that i do have is one of the 2 power cords that was sent with the computer did not work, luckily i had a spare one handy that was compatible with this computer. other than that the device runs fast and it also came with a wireless adapter for Wi-Fi, I do want to remind those purchasing this that it does not come with speakers and there are not any built in so if you want sound you will need to purchase the speakers separately if you do not have any handy.

    Good item.
    Works super good but have to turn Wi fi off and turn back on every time I get on here. Won't hold the Wi fi. Need to talk to company about it. Other than that, works great.

    Not Refurbished At All
    This computer came to me broken. I tried to return it and Walmart told me I had to contact Blair Technology Group because they are responsible for malfunctions and returns with the item. I called and they asked for my name on their account, I bought the item through Walmart.com so I did not have an account with them and they said they couldn't help me. I hired a tech guy to fix it so it all worked out at the end but the fact it was sent to me broken isn't fair

    This was a very good deal. The monitor is a very good size, but the DVD/CD is very loud and the light stays on and continues to blink. Customer service was very good about responding to having the tower returned for repair or replacement.
