We had it for 2 weeks, the battery seems to hold charge for a while, the material is soft and the wheels are solid. Good buy.

Defected Unicorn Shipped
When the unicorn arrived in the mail, the eye was missing and the seatbelt was broken. I don't know if they just shipped us a broken unicorn or if it was due to poor packing. Also, the unicorn can only go forward not backward which makes it hard for my daughter to maneuver when she's stuck in the corner. It's a shame because my daughter really LOVED this thing despite it defects. I will try to return it and purchase a new one and hope the new one isn't damaged.

    Does not hold charge!
    I bought the animal ride on toy for my son's 3rd birthday. The toy no longer holds a charge. When I plug it in, the charger light stays green and doesn't turn red (indicating it is charger). I'm not sure if it's the charger or the battery - but it doesn't work. My son is so devastated. I've tried to find the manufactures contact information, however, I cannot locate it. I feel absolutely horrible!

    This is an adorable story however the product was sent to me with the battery connected which caused the battery to drain. Due to this oversight I am unable to charge the battery and use the toy. I am currently contacting the seller to see if this issue can be resolved.

    Think this was used. It was packed in little white styrofoam that was all of it in its wheels. I was so embarrassed when my grand child opened it. I will be trying to clean this up for ever.

    Great buy BUT doesnt back up.
    Got it for my 2 year old. She was so surpised with it. Overall its was a great buy for it being on SALE. Only down side to it, is that it doesnt back up. Other than that its an amazing toy for your toddler during this pandemic era. (Got the unicorn one cause i wanted my daughter to be more in love with it then the acutal horse one. Would recommend opening it outside of house cause of the white fussies that are on the wheels.)

    I like it, my granddaughter loves it but for one little thing, it doesn't automatically reverse. You have to get off of it and turn it around because it only goes forward. It's very cute however, I will be getting rid of it and replacing it with something else more suitable for my granddaughter. She is 6 but small for a 6 year old. She fit nicely on it. The speed is great bit it's that one flaw for me: that it doesn't reverse.

    For those having charging issues...
    Bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she rode it everyday until the battery died. Kept on the charger for 18 hrs with no change, charged for another 12 hours with no movement still. Found out the shady soldering done to the charging port had come loose. Resoldered it myself and left it on the charger overnight and it runs as good as new. Company’s Q
