All we could ask for
Yes, it took a while to get it together but it was not hard. This is well constructed. We like the way it works . One side is full and we are switching to the other side. The size and design are great. Would recommend to anyone who needs a composter.

Metal bar rusts into compost. Dangerous.
Wanting others that the metal bar that runs along the inside rusts and this goes into your compost. Not healthy AT ALL. Metals cause sickness and I am very annoyed to find this defect out months later after purchase.

    After researching composters for a couple months I decided on the Maze. I was nervous about assembly but hubby said it was not difficult to assemble, just time consuming. (watching assembly video was helpful) I have started filling it with leaves, shredded paper bags, greens from the lawn, garden and kitchen. It is fall so I will not see any compost until Spring but decided to start using it anyway and put in a protected spot on the side of our shed to see how it handles our cold windy winter weather in Upstate NY. Love the ease of use and size. Hopeful for some great compost next year!

    Great Composter and GREAT Instructions
    Not only did each piece of this piece of equipment fit together perfectly, but the instructions were fantastic! I am so used to garbage instructions that are just a horrible picture with maybe an arrow or two. These instructions were spot on including tips that were added for steps that were a bit more difficult! The composted looks great and is well made and should provide many years of service.

    Worth the purchase
    Well constructed of fairly thick plastic. The gear mechanism is made of the same plastic so I'm curious how it holds up over time. Well laid out instructions although it does take a couple of hours to assemble. Walmart had the best pricing by far. Only real dislike is that the lids don't always close securely (I often have like a 1/4" gap) and can slide out of the tracks when you open them fully.

    OMG!! I was totally ready to have a "battle" putting this thing together, after reading all the reviews of missing parts, poor instructions and just plain time consuming. I opened the package at 6:30PM, laid out all parts

    Of course the part that would be broken is the teeth on the most critical part. We are waiting to see if we have to repack the entire thing or if they will replace only that part. If so we'll update this review, but right now it's a $200 mistake.

    This tumbler was delivered in less than the estimated time. Though the assembly video and a comment on the product made it seem simple to assemble, it took me, by myself, four hours and twenty minutes from opening the box to admiring the completed tumbler. I was delighted. It fits well in my house and raises hopes of healthy houseplants and a garden in the spring. The more negative yet workable troubles were: lining up the nuts with the threads and getting them to 'catch', seeing a dark screw/bolt in a dark plastic hole if the allen wrench came off; lining up the longer bolts with holes on the other side of tubing (a soft mallet helped tremendously!), and carrying the finished tumbler to the other room. Back to great things: the instructions are extremely clear. All the parts were there. I loved the actual size bolt/screw picture on each step. It was fun working with the innovative hardware that slips downward so the fastener goes in sideways! You get a crescent wrench and an allen wrench out of it to boot!

    Super easy to use composter
    This composter is great for the price! It is super big and sturdy. The handle makes it easy to turn around and mix and there's even two separate sections so you can add more compost material super easily. My plants are growing so big with the help of this composter.

    This composer does exactly what's advertised - it makes tons of compost and keeps it mixed up and it's a breeze to empty! The split composting capabilities are also sick and very eco friendly!
