I recently had a really bad hamstring in my leg, and my trainer at the gym that I go to had me roll-out my leg on a Foam Roller. Within days I was feeling so much better from the hamstring. The pain in my leg was so bad that I could hardly walk & I thought that I needed to see a specialist, but after using the foam roller on my leg I realized that this was the best product on the market for stretching & getting out the knots. The price for this item was reasonable & it was delivered right away.

This roller is hard Styrofoam, not softer foam like a pool noodle. I was disappointed that is was not a true FOAM roller.

    Excellent choice!
    My 2nd roller from Prosourcefit, 36', the same model as the first one purchased back in 2019 so I've got something to say. Excellent quality, used on regular basis. Never lost its firmness

    My old foam roller started getting squishy after a few years so I needed a new one and got this one cause the size and price were perfect. This foam roller, however, is solid as a rock, like really hard, like it doesn't give at all. Kind of felt like I beat myself up a bit first time I used it, though I'm subsequently getting used to it. I guess the upside it is should last a very long time.

    Makes a great inexpensive gift!!
    I bought this for my sister and her boyfriend as they both have back issues and it made the perfect inexpensive Christmas gift. I have one myself and has been a great substitute for the chiropractor and has saved me lots of $$$. It works great, is convenient and light to move around. I do recommend purchasing a book that shows you all the differents stretches and exercised you can doi with it.

    This roll is nice and firm to help get the kinks out of your muscles. However, it is very slippery and you have a hard time keeping it from slipping from under you. I use one similar at the gym and it does not slip like this one.

    Great deal! This is the same product that you'll find in most gyms, and it's half the cost of what my chiropractor wanted to charge me! Very basic, but Walmart's price makes it special.

    High Density Foam Roller
    I ordered the 36" foam roller which was delivered to the store promptly. Somehow there was a computer glitch and Walmart stocked it under someone else name. Once they found the error I came home. The product is great for my usage. I didn't need the larger size. My fault, I should have ordered the smaller one. The product is solid and does its job. Happy with the company and their product. Working with Walmart's support who said that they fixed the problem. We'll see on the next delivery.

    Great product!
    A hard roller with a smooth surface and just the right amount of give. I use it everyday to relieve my siatica symptoms. The 36" length allows me to sit on it and roll from one hip to the other to stretch the piriformus muscle.
