Bad delivery of item
Unfortunately, like the other reviewers have experienced about the arrival of this item, it was the exact SAME way I received the package- damaged! The colors, however in the palette are nice but it's unfortunate that one of the pink colors was completely broken in pieces all over the place, literally! I would recommend this item IF it arrives in good condition but not if every delivery the palette colors will arrive in pieces!

    Beautiful looks amazing quality
    Very nice pallet. Very pigmented and has helped me create some absolutely beautiful looks! Also the brush it comes with is very nice and sturdy and decent quality! Love the packaging and pretty much every thing about this pallet!

    Constantly recieving damaged items
    Every time I order this from Walmart it arrives damaged! I'm so annoyed and frustrated. I dont really like going to the stores during this pandemic but don't like recieving my products damaged where I cannot use them. Maybe consider using boxes or labels that say "fragile?" This order isn't as bad as the last but I'm still very u.

    Stains lids, doesn't last
    I expected better from the reviews. The colors are absolutely beautiful and swatch amazingly, but the color only seems to last from two to four hours and fades pretty dramatically by the end of the day - and I use a primer. More than anything though, I'm very, very leery about using the bottom right four colors. See the back of the box - these four have a different formulation from the others, and at least on my medium skin this causes pink staining that lasts over twelve hours. The first time, I was scared I was having an allergic reaction! I've used many brands of eyeshadow and never had staining before. This was extremely disappointing, since one of the main reasons I bought this palette was to play with the purples/pinks. I will probably keep the palette, since it was so cheap and I love the colors even if they don't last. It's fun to experiment, so I'll play around to create looks - and then use a better palette with similar shades when I actually need it to last all day. The brush is excellent. The greens and blues are just beautiful, while they last. Minimal fallout. I doubt I'll buy a Profusion brand palette again. There are many other affordable brands that I've had better experiences with.

    They say pictures speak a thousand words welp this one is speaking just about that. I brought this pallet and 2 other ones (blush 3 and neon) and all of them were just straight aweful i shouldve just kept my money n gotten somethin better. Lesson learned.

    Darker colors are very well made. Deep pigments. I had to re-apply one of the pink light shadows repeatedly for it to show. I didn't have the same problem with the gold/yellow shadow or light blue shadow.
