Awesome!!!
Excellent price, bike, service, and delivery!!! I love this exercise bike! I also ordered the assembly service. The first Angi technician rescheduled several times and didn't show up. The second technician (Carlos) was amazing!

Wouldn't purchase again
I took a gamble on purchasing this, as the price was right and it had decent reviews. It lasted about a week before it malfunctioned. There was no resistance at all. We took it apart and found the belt slipped off, but the bike still does not ride correctly. I contacted customer service who are going back and forth through emails, requesting me to send photos of the broken parts and providing me with instructions on how to fix. We already have a couple hours into trying to fix it and at this point, I am trying to return it.

    Delivered on time as scheduled. The assembler arrived as scheduled and got both bikes together efficently. The bikes sre working well and adjusted easily for our use. The instruction manual is clear.

    So thankful for Pooboo customer service!
    I had an issue separate and apart from the actual equipment that gave me an opportunity to deal with Pooboo's customer service (the manufacturer and shipper of this quality recumbent bicycle). Their response to my issue was prompt and professional. They were polite TO me, patient WITH me, and went WAY out of their way to make sure that I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Pooboo as an excellent service organization.

    Great Bike!
    At first I was a bit skeptical of purchasing the bike. Most times you get what you pay for. In this instance it's definitely not the case. Assembling the bike took a little time, but was no problem. The bike is very sturdy, seems to be very good quality and works perfect. This is a great addition to our work out routine.

    Strong frame and wide seat. Worth every dollar.
    Easy to assemble instructions. Large seat and high weight capacity Feels like the gym bike. Strong and sturdy. Doesn't shift when riding. Still trying to adapt to the comfort of the sit position. I think I prefer the standard sit up bike, but I'm using it and that's the goal.

    Works perfect for my husband who is 6’5” and 300 lbs. He had both knees replaced and needed the recumbent to help with flexibility and increase mobility.
