Delicious!
The Robust extra virgin olive oil by Pompeian has a deep savory olive taste. I use the light Pompeian extra virgin olive oil for sautéing. I love the depth of flavor that the robust has for marinating steaks. Tried the Robust EVOO with aged balsamic vinegar to dip bread. It was amazing! Highly recommend.

    Great flavor
    I was able to try this great product through Tryit sampling in exchange for my honest feedback. Great robust flavor, great for frying. I use it to make marinades and dressing for salads. Multiple uses for this, definitely recommend.

    Texture is ok that you can use it for salad dressing and cooking, claims to be non GMO, gluten free and farmer owned. Taste is what you would expect for an olive oil - when used for cooking, it does transfer some of the attributes to your food - for example cooking eggs shows the oil color.

    Olive oil with full body
    I have tried Pompeian Robust 16oz olive oil, and I can say that it really is a robust extra virgin olive oil, its flavor is very intense with a lot of body, you can feel the typical spiciness of extra virgin olive oil but even more accentuated, which makes it ideal because you don't need to use a lot of it to feel it. I have used it in my salads and I have prepared a focaccia that turned out great, the mixture of Pompeian Robust olive oil with the herbs is very tasty. I like that the container does not allow light to enter easily, as it prevents the oil from degrading and also the container can be recycled.

    Favorite oil for cooking!
    I love how smooth this oil is to cook with. It's easy to pour with, and I like the shape of the bottle. It doesn't get messy when pouring and doesn't get all over the sides of the bottle. It smells great and has a very subtle taste and smell - just enough to add some flavor. I really enjoyed cooking with it. I would highly recommend this oil!
