When it's heavy, this is my pick
On the rare occasions I have a very heavy flow that my usual tampons can't keep up, this is my go-to product that is 100% necessary. It literally saves the day.

Not as good as other ultra tampons
I have used Tampax ultra tampons for years and am satisfied with them. I saw that Playtex made an ultra tampon, and decided to give them a try. They definitely don't do as well as a Tampax ultra. They are more like a regular to super, at best. I'll stick with Tampax.

    For heavy flow
    These tampons are great. The ultra absorbency helps when your flow is heavy I would recommend these to any female who deals with a heavy flow. They absorb more and last longer than other absorbencys which helps you use less tampons.

    Best Ultra protection available
    Very comfortable insertion and removal as well as protection. I prefer this brand over other ultra brands but is very hard to find in stores. Definitely recommend for heavy days.

    PLAYTEX PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE THIS SIZE!!!
    These are the best tampons on the planet! The design literally helps to absorb a heavy flow with ease and little to no mess. Since it appears Playtex is trying to discontinue this size, I'm so glad that Walmart sells them. Because of this, I had to buy several boxes. Thanks Walmart for keeping these in stock.

    I was using Tampax pearl for years, and would always have accidents in my clothes or sheets. So I decided to make a change and im glad I did. The 360 protection helps with leaks and makes you feel more secure. I HATE that I can't find them in stores, but atleast I can order in bulk online. Trust me ladies if you have heavy periods, you must try these. FIVE plus stars!!!!!!

    good for 2 to 3 hours when heavy flow
    I have extremely heavy flows and the super would only last 1 to 1.5 hours. The ultra lasted 3 so i was pretty happy about that. I never see these ultra art the store so I ordered online.t
