Junk dont buy
This is junk! The door Broke after 3 uses and WM wouldn’t take back since it was over 90 days! Phillips 3 rd party vendor ! Called 3 times no help ! I advise if you do buy anything from WM electronic related get the $5 extended warranty.

    Barely used and died after 6 months
    I barely used this player and went to watch a dvd the other day and it wouldn't come on. I thought it was the remote battery but I switched them out and still nothing. The power is fine as everything else connected to it still works. I can't believe this thing is already dead based on how little I used it. Do not buy!!

    This blue-ray/DVD Player is a huge disappointment! Dont waist your money on this peice of crap!!! in order to open and close tray you have to turn off the player and while player is off push the open button on the player. Cant use the remote to do this. It wont stay connected to the tv. Everytime you change the movie you have to go back to the tv source and reconnect the player Everytime. the remote is pretty much useless!!!! It has issues with reading Disks. will say disk not supported but has played tha exact one several times. Dont buy this!!!!

    PHILLIPS' BRANDS ROCK!
    I was looking for an inexpensive Bluray player. I'm familiar with the Phillips brand. It works great and my BluRay disc and all of my DVD's look and sound great. Setup was a breeze and I have Vudu, Netflix and YouTube accounts so it's great to be able to access them from my BluRay player.

    This blu-ray/dvd player is super easy to use and hook up. Great playback. Just remember, if you haven't owned anything that hooks up with an HDMI cable, you will need to buy on because you will need it to hook up the dvd player to your tv. It can't be hooked up with audio video cables. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

    Always into the newest JIVE with electronics I suppose, but this time I went for the BLACK FRIDAY Specials and kind of missed the mark. But then in the end we were able to turn the sales our way for Christmas and won an online purchase finally From WALMART.Com.. Wow, what a dream come true for the buck price. Worth all the DVDs

    Great product. Great little blue ray player.
    I am not an electronic person, but I like this product. It was easy to install and easy to set up. It even offered Voice to set it up in that it was speaking to me. So far it has worked great! It works real well with my Smart TV. I probably do not need the streaming capabilities, but it is nice to have a back up if I ever needed it.

    Im quite honestly disappointed with Walmarts recent delivery service. I understand, with the holidays and COVID around, people prefer to shop online and have their items delivered to avoid crowds but, that shouldn't be an excuse for why my packages arrive damaged. The box with my Philips DVD Player arrived unpackaged, just in a standard Walmart shopping bag, and a huge visible whole on the front side of the box. Now, I have to take time and make my way to a Walmart and hopefully get an exchange. Very upsetting.

    Only issue is I had to figure out how to setup the WiFi on it, which wasnt too hard, but wasnt as easy as it should have been. I would have given it 5 stars if the WiFi setup wasnt such an issue.
