Great pump at a great price!
After plenty of research on the options for electric double pumps, I finally decided on the Avent Comfort Double. After using it for about 9 months now, I could not be happier with my choice! Works seamlessly with all of my previously purchased avent bottles and is very easy to clean. I find it equally (if not more) comfortable than the Medela I borrowed from a friend, and have had no issues with efficiency (pumps milk reasonably quickly and helped eliminate blocked ducts!). Carrying case is very handy! If the only functional difference is the lack of battery pack and name brand, I can confidently say I would rather save my money and would pick this pump over and over!

defective pump nightmare
I am rating this product as a one, because when I received it and got ready to use it would not pump. Trying to return this defective pump was a nightmare. Walmart would not take it back because the seal on the package was broken. They said it had to be returned to Philips Avent. When I called Philips Avent they do not give money back on anything but "penguin sippy cups"

    I have the single pump and my favourite feature is the massage. It comes in 3 different functions and it's so create for giving your breast a massage to get more milk out. The o lay down side is the noise it make literally sounds like your milking a cow which isn't create

    This pump has been with me for 6 years! And actually just got a new replacement. Love the comfort cone on the breast which keeps the flange from hurting especially if youre sore. The automatic let down button sucks just like a baby then goes into actual milk mode. This pump is the best. Wouldnt trade it for the world. Even theyre customer service is amazing! Ive tried medela and ameda but this one for me tops it for the comfort grip coushion which you can switch size if you have smaller or larger breasts.(sold separetly) what I would improve is the lifetime of the actual motor maybe theres a mechanism that makes it stop suctioning after so much usage. But i love how small and compact it is and how quiet it is.

    This was the first pump I ever bought and it does a good job. There are multiple settings of how hard it will suck so you can adjust til you're comfortable. It is a bit loud so not something you'd want to use in your room at night. I also didn't like that I couldn't easily move around with it, but if you plan to not have to move much while you pump this is great!

    I used this item to bring on contractions. Found it was very useful for that. I used it a bit when my baby was born but I found it time consuming. Didn't like it or use it as much as I thought I would. Would prefer if it didn't take so long to pump a few ounces.

    I have exclusively pumped 4x a day (more frequent in the first couple months) for the last 5 months with this pump and it works great!! Only issue I have and why it’s not a 5 star are the hoses will pop off the pump or bottle attachment and you have to push it back in but this normally only happens as your trying to get the bottles pushed on or if taking out of travel case.

    Being a male I don't actually use these but I've seen them in use it is a little weird to watch that being said nothing seems to work I can't really say much more it sucks milk out of the breast drops it into a bottle and then you feed it the baby out of it or add a bit more formula to breast milk if you didn't get enough

    Amazing pump!
    For months I couldn't make up my mind between this and the medela pump in style. I am so glad I finally chose this pump. I was blown away! It is quieter than my friends medela, and I am able to pump much more milk than I thought I could! It is light weight and so easy to clean and assemble. This is an amazing pump that I would highly recommend to anyone!
