    Very happy with unit.
    Excellent unit, easy to clean, etc. Only problem is if you're in a hurry, the unit takes approximately 45 minutes to get going.

    Good quality & good price
    I was very pleased with the heavy duty quality of this steamer. Our Church group was looking for an affordable alternative to renting a steamer and this has really filled that order. We like that the rolls can be steamed in the top section of the unit so that they are less likely to get soggy. It looks like the appliances we see in convenience stores yet is not too bulky for storing between uses. Hayneedle's price was super and we look forward to many years of use at functions. A plus is that it is made in the USA!
