if you're eating zucchini noodles as a replacement for pasta for whatever reason, I find these to have a better more realistic texture and when paired with a meat / fish and seasoned with you're favorite gravy/sauce and toppings its awesome. I also do find that 3 servings per can is not real in my world, maybe 2. So plan ahead to use more if more than 2 people.

Both cans arrived bent and dented. I am not sure if safe to use. Hopefully not a problem with the manufacturer because I can't imagine the items would be sent out like this, but instead with the delivery provider. I have not tasted the product because afraid to open the abused cans.

    Dusty dirty dented can.
    Check your cans. Make sure the product is not leaking when you receive majorly dented cans... I wanted to make a low carb healthy dinner for my brother who just got out of the hospital. This can was almost $4.00 and I wanted to give them a try. You would think the store would send out undamaged goods at that price. Not sure if we'll use them or not. i haven't had a delivery this bad in a long time.

    Good for spaghetti and other Italian meals
    I buy these for low carb spaghetti. They aren't like regular noodles so don't expect the size of the noodle, consistency, or flavor to be like the normal ones or you'll be disappointed. You must rinse, rinse, and rinse these before eating or they will taste funny. All-in-all these are a good low carb option.

    Delicious Keto friendly
    The product is delicious! I boiled it an extra 15 minutes because I dont like it al dent. I made shrimp with homemade Alfredo sauce making this dish Keto approved. What I didnt like and had to return was one of the cans was dented bad.

    Great product, buy in store only though
    LOVE the product. However, I'd highly recommend purchasing in store only. We received 3 cans (total amount purchased) and all 3 were dented. Upon replacement, 1 of the 3 were also dented. None were wrapped appropriately, just buy in store. The product is worth the price.
