Great little toaster oven.
Had to get a new toaster oven when our other one stopped working. Only complaint is it’s not as big as my other one was. Works great, heats up super fast and it doesn’t take long to cook/heat up food. Love the little pan holder on the rack for when I’m not using the pan. Easy to use. Doesn’t take up too much space. Overall, pretty good toaster oven. Highly recommend.

Not so counter friendly
we returned this toaster oven. It just did not meet our needs, the back of the toaster oven curves out way too much for counter top use. Just to fit a pizza......

I ordered one and it was bad with popping noises all the time so returned and ordered another one. Second one arrived and the heating element was messed up and was cooking things way too quickly and returned. Think item has now been discontinued.Taf

I've always had a good experience with oster products. The only thing I wish the oven would have is a light inside and a little oven mitten/tongs/just something to get the tray out of the oven.PHS4

What ruined it for me was that it was a gift for somebody that I expected to be delivered in a different box than the actual box of the toaster oven so when the delivery was made the person was able to see exactly what I had bought them. Next time I would either give a gift option or put it in a different box other than the box they comes inLynda

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/13/2021okay product, but issues.Item arrived a day late, somewhat smaller than expected and has a very short cord making counter placement difficult. in addition product arrived with a large dent in the upper left corner. the product was shipped in its retail shelf box. due to to rough handling the box and product were dented. this could likely have been avoided with a proper shipping box for the product. even with the dent the product seems to function, however we have not used it to cook yet. only tested it's functions. would not purchase again considering the delivery delayChris

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/06/2020Just What I NeededOrdered this to use instead of my big oven that isn't working at the moment. It fairly small and doesn't take up a lot of space. It is big enough to fit Digiorno and Freschetta frozen pizzas in it. They fit pretty comfortably if you put them in the right way. Not sure any larger sized pizzas will fit though. Pizza cooked better when I preheated the oven for about 10 minutes. It was a little uneven and I had to overcook them when I didn't let it preheat. The bake setting seems to work better than the Turbo setting. Turbo setting seemed to actually take longer. The only other I've baked in it were frozen cookies. Seems I have to turn the heat down a little on these to get them to bake right. At 350 they baked way too fast, but at 300 they came out right, just took a little longer time of course. There is a learning curve to this small oven, so I may be doing something wrong. The temperature button seems to turn pretty freely, more than I would like it to. It's tough to trust the heat setting because of it. So far, basically so good. Only comes with one oven rack and one small flat baking tray. I'm going to have to find a baking tray that sits up a little higher if I want to bake meat like chicken, pork, and hamburgers. Luckily it's proven very easy to clean. I had planned on buying a bigger and more expensive convection oven by Hamilton Beach for about $75. I had one before that allowed me to cook more food then this one will. Still I'm really glad I bought this one. It fits my needs better, and the fact it again takes up so little space is really appreciated. I'm really liking it so far.Aplus
