Best Sushi Rice
We use this sushi rice for both sushi and frushi (fruit based sushi) and it is always perfect. Make sure to let it soak before cooking for best results.

    Great rice for sushi
    As long as Walmart keeps selling this rice, I'm going to keep buying it. I use the same recipe as with any other sushi rice.

    There was nothing wrong with the order!!! It was all great.!!! But, it was left downstairs. And since I live in an apartment, this isn't good.!!! They should have brought it upstairs to the door at least. That is why I am giving 3 stars. Products left downstairs can be taken away by somebody else. So, not very happy about that.

    Great sticky rice
    This is the closest rice to the real stuff my husband had a taste of in Japan. I cook it in my rice cooker and it comes out great, nice and sticky and tasty.

    This is what I use for sushi and sashimi
    Don't try making sticky rice with uncle ben's, you have to use a product like this. This is the brand I use and this is the only brand at walmart (or my local one anyway) that will work for sushi. You have to make it in a specific way, rinsing it first before cooking and adding rice vinegar and sugar but there are plenty of recipes online on how to do it correctly but it does start with using the right rice for the job. I have no complaints with the rice, turns out great every time.
