Stuck right off the bat. Going back.
Eggs stuck first time . I used grease and they still stuck. Probably going back. They say to heat the pan for a minute and a half before using. Really?? What happened to " NeverStick"? Do you know wha the definition of " never" is?

    I am trying to reduce fats in my diet so I purchase this pan based upon its advertisement. I followed the directions which came with the pan describing how to make a eggs without butter or oil. Expecting to see the eggs slide off like my retired frying pan, prior to me mistakenly using cooking sprays which destroyed my old pan's surface break down. I followed the instructions upon purchase hand washing the pan with hot soapy water. I preheated the pan until hot, cracked the eggs into the pan, waited, when using my non-stick spatula to flip it was a mess. The eggs were attached to the bottom of the pan and I had to scrape them off to even get them out of the pan. Returning today and getting another Cephalon. NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED!!!

    My Favorite Pans
    These ninja pans are the longest lasting non stick pans I have ever used. Everyone knows if you use non stick they don't last forever. I have tried so many, even ceramic. I really like these pans. They are even cooking, truly non stick and not too light weight. Very happy with them.

    We already had the 12" pan and use it a great deal but wanted one a little smaller for smaller meals and such. This fits the bill perfectly!

    The Ninja pans are great
    I love this pan!!! I have had a Ninja coffee maker for years and it is still going strong, so I figured most anything from Ninja would be the best quality and I was right, it is. I wanted a non stick pan but I did not want Teflon because of the toxicity. This Ninja pan proves to have the non-stick qualities of Teflon without the bad stuff. I plan to buy the whole set of these pans. I would certainly recommend these pans to anyone.

    Easy to clean pan
    So far, I've made a few things with this pan that would take a bit of an effort to clean using a conventional pan. This pan passed with flying colors. It was easy to clean and hasn't scratched.

    Can't scramble eggs???
    First time use. Heated pan as directed, added eggs and started stirring. Egg stuck all over the pan, much of it burned on. Very upset!!
