I set it,, and forget it!
This is a very good product. I really love this coffee brewer. Coffee comes out hot - just the way I like my coffee. Coffee has no aftertaste like from some of the coffee makers I've used in the past - but it comes out with the taste as good as my favorite donut shop coffee. It is sturdy, well-made and works great. Love the fact that my coffee is waiting whenever I get up in the morning. A fantastic product!

Not recommended
I have to rate this as low as possible for one simple reason. The clock started losing the light bars that make up the numbers after only 2-3months of use making one pot a day . And , not that it makes any difference but it arbitrarily flips between AM , PM whenever it feels like it . In other ways it functions great but for the price , to lose the ability to set a time to begin brewing , makes just not worth it . I have had so many other devices , including coffee pots with similar clocks and have never had this happen . Strongly recommend not buying this .
Oh , and see if you can figure out how to contact them about issues like this ???

I especially love that the water reservoir is completely removable and is top rack dishwasher safe. And the 1st cup of coffee is hot. It's a slim design and fits nicely on the countertop. I also like that the lid on the carafe “screws”on and off versus flipping up and down. It took me a minute to figure out that the water reservoir has to fit exactly in the top notch in order to keep it from leaking. Once I found that out I was in love. It's so easy to add more water to the reservoir without spilling water everywhere on the counter.Janice

They beat even their own expected delivery by 1 and a half days. And Amazon by 2 days and 10 dollars! "Save money. Live Better"!! They mean it! I Love the removable water tank. I can put this anywhere in the kitchen and have it easily filled with water. Makes great coffee and an easy to understand display. The problem is the plastic area in the front that surrounds the pod holder where the coffee dispenses has continued to warp badly on the left side. I'm hoping its not overheating. The warped indentations are wavy and about a half inch deep. It makes the coffee fine so I just use it as it is. If I had to use one word to describe it, I guess it would be disappointed.Donna

I have had many coffee makers, that I liked, but I will have to say that the Ninja Programmable Coffee Brewer CE200 is the best I have had so far. There are so many things I like about this coffee maker, but the clear removable water reservoir is one I really like. It is easy to fill, with the amount of water you need for the number of cups you want. This coffee brewer is so easy to use, because it is marked well. All you have to do is push buttons, and you have the best tasting coffee......no bitterness at all. It comes with easy to understand instructions if needed, but honestly, you will know what to do without it. The picture I attached will show you how it is marked, so you will know what I mean. Everything is so easy to read. Just program the Ninja coffee brewer, and wake up to a wonderful pot of coffee. Another plus to the Ninja coffee brewer is that there are no grounds in the bottom of the pot. There is nothing worse than getting coffee grounds in your mouth. The way this coffee brewer is made is the way every coffee brewer should be made. It is programmable, has easy to read buttons, has a clear removable water reservoir, different brew strengths...rich or classic, and makes terrific coffee. It looked very unique and stylish. When it arrived, we couldn't wait to try it out, because we are avid coffee drinkers, so putting this system to the test was a little exciting lol. It makes a pot of coffee really fast! We both love it! It has two brewing styles, rich or classis. We use rich since we like our coffee to taste like coffee. It is easy to fill and clean the removable water reservoir without a mess. Some of the many great features that I like is the mid brew pause. So while the coffee is brewing you can still remove the carafe/pot and pour your self a fresh hot cup because it will automatically pause for you and resume once it is put back in place. It also has a delay brew setting so you can have it make a fresh batch at any given time day or night. It makes up to tweleve cups and I love how simple it is and the coffee tast great. We had an older coffee maker that just took forever to make a pot so this one came just in time. It is used everyday and my wife dont mind brewing in the morning's before work with this one.lmzm
