Can't live without
I've always used regular coffee machines/kcups etc before getting a Nespresso and i can't go back!! Nespresso has been amazing. The coffee is so frothy and delicious! I love that i can make a variety of coffee and or espresso for lattes etc. so worth it and you need one!!

Disappointed
I went on Nespresso website and made my first order of coffee. Found the coffee I wanted using their search feature. The coffee arrived and I tried it in the machine. The machine rejected the coffee. I called Nespresso technical service. I was told that the coffee pods are not the right one for the new coffee maker I bought. The tech told me to find someone that has a different unit and give the 30 pods ($$$$) to someone else. I said I do not know anyone who has the other unit (I think the other unit is a Next). She said that I can just throw them away. What kind of technical service is that?? She finally said they could offer me a refund. I thought that this is fine so I agreed. I told her they can just give me coffee instead. She said they can do that. After much verification (I gave her the serial number before and my name and address) had to do that again. After all this on the phone with much waiting she said they will only send me 1 sleeve for the 3 sleeves I bought. At that point I was sick of this so I agreed telling myself I will stop using this new machine and wait for clone machines to come out then dispose of the unit. I do not want anything to do with this company and suggest to others to be aware as they do not care about new customers obviously.

    My new love!
    I'm in love with this machine! It's makes the best frothy espressos and coffees! Perfect for my bulletproof coffee whether with butter or MCT oil. You cannot taste the butter barely at all when making your coffee with this.

    Frustrating
    Machine worked well for 6 months and then started leaking from the bottom and brewing water, no coffee will brew at all. We wasted many pods trying to figure out the issue. Nespresso support only offers a repair option which will leave you without a coffee maker for weeks. I wish they could do better for this expensive machine. Can Walmart help?

    Best Coffee Machine out there.
    Love Nespresso. I have this exact machine and loved it so much I bought for a house warming gift. It makes the absolute best cup of coffee hands down. My Nephew and his Wife were thrilled to receive it as a gift. My only suggestion is…use bottled water in the machine. Not only does it make a great cup of coffee, but my machine rarely needs descaling. My indicator lights up every 16-18 months.

    Great option for both coffee and expresso
    My boyfriend enjoys drinking hot coffee while I enjoy hot and cold expresso drinks. This machine is good for the best of both worlds, I upgraded to this from a keurig and I've never used a coffee machine more than I use this one. It's genuinely good expresso I don't go to coffee shops anymore because I can get my fix at home

    Coffee maker works great.
    The original manufacturers box was left on the porch so everyone in the neighborhood could see exactly what it was. So if your in a bad neighborhood it possibly won't be there when you get home from work.

    Vanished my Depresso
    Whether I'm having a good or bad day, my day is improved when I come home to my Nespresso. I treat guests to low-effort, high-quality lattes. I'm a coffeeshop fiend, and I have been to many many coffeeshops in my city. I've never had a latte more rich and delicious than the ones I make with my nespresso.

    Love my new coffee machine!
    Love my new Nespresso!! Easy to use and clean. I had my Ninja for about 2 years and gave out that was the second Ninja coffee maker I had purchased and both stopped working after about 2 years each...I love that the Nespresso came with 12 pods to start with. Super fast shipping and purchased it it while it was on sale :)
