vitamins are for the mind as much for the heart
vitamins are hard to evaluate i trusted a website in their studies evaluating vitamins and this vitamin was at the top of their list. as an alternate at their number 3 spt was xtend life vitamins. in comparing these two labels xtend life had a breater amount of vitamins and minerals plus fruit derivatives that naturelo did not have.

    Very good vitamins n and mineral coverage with high amounts. Have been taking now for three years. Now only every other day.one is taken while the in between days a bowl of Total mixed 1/3 Fiber One.. Total cereal is awesome in potency in vitamins ns and minerals.

    Great vitamin
    I have been taken this product for awile now. I seem to have a better skin complexion, my mood is better and my immune system seems to be better than before. I like the fact that they are more natural using fruit and vegetable extracts and do not contain a lot of additives or artificial ingredients. Many use synthesized ingredients produced in a lab. I usually take this in the morning with my breakfast and I feel more energetic all day.

    For 50 and up but can use the vitamins
    I noticed this was for women 50+ but during these times, I don't mind the extra vitamins! So far I have felt good with them! My asthma even feels a bit improved!
