Best value for mixing your own workout shakes
I like to mix my own workout shakes, so I buy the unflavored protein powders, which lets me control which sweeteners are used. I have recently started supplementing with pea protein because it's a little easier to digest than whey while conveying similar bioavailability and muscle synthesis properties. What I like about this product is its value: a 20 g serving is only about 25 cents whereas a similar serving of whey isolate is about twice that (or more). It mixes well, has a great amino acid profile, and tastes great. The only downside to this product is that the container is 7 lbs, so it requires a bit of shelf space.

Giant Mess
It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it arrived with the lid broken and the powder all over, inside the box. Some of the powder also leaked into the hallway of the Condominium complex that I live at. And that also means that some powder got tracked across my Condo, before I noticed it was leaking, as I didn't open the box yet. When I opened the box, the mess inside was the worst I'd ever seen, inside a package that I ordered. The box with the broken container is currently sitting in my kitchen and the powder is all around the box, on my kitchen floor. No compensation for me. Just a mess to clean up and time lost. I'd say it's time for people to properly package their products and for the truck drivers to stop throwing boxes, simply because they don't say "fragile" on them. The worst experience I have ever had, while using Walmart.com. I'm going to order another and I expect it to arrive in normal condition.

    best protein if you value content over taste
    No fillers, just a clean protein. If you dont mind the slightly vegetable taste, this is the best protein I've ever come across. Powder being in a plastic tub has a lot of static, just use a metal spoon to scoop and you'll be fine. If mixed with only water in shaker bottle it will be super foamy, but adding some milk or nutmilk to shake with and that'll solve the issue.

    One ingredient protein with 90 servings!
    Its unflavored and its pea protein so I never expected it to taste good but for 7 lbs and the one ingredient list. You can deal with it and what I did was bought some liquid stevia to add a squirt or 2 makes it a bit better. Its a clean supplement to help you get your daily protein intake.

    Great to have larger size available.
    So glad to find this in a larger size. Have been using Now Pea Protein for years but I go thru the 2 lb canister pretty fast. The 7 lb will last me for a while. Great product, taste is tolerable mixed in my smoothie, and it supplies me with a good amount of protein per serving. I buy lots of Now brand products.

    Added protein for shakes and cooking too.
    I love the unsweetened pea protein because I can use it to thicken soups and sauces and I find all kinds of ways to sneak it into savory foods. I also prefer it over sweetened protein powder which is always too sweet for me and I get sick of it really fast. It also saves me from being stuck with a huge jar of protein powder that's all the same flavor. I can use the pea protein with any fruit or green,and even put it in broth if I'm not in the mood for sweetness.
