I would buy this product again and again. Wait! I already do
Everything I need to take in an easy dosage of 4 capsules per day. I split my meds morning and night and as such no negative side effects.

does not help with energy
In an effort to be more 'natural', I purchased this product. I found that taking these did not help feeling less tired as other vitamins do. While I had no adverse side effects, I don't feel that it did anything for me. Don't think that because the price of this product is a bit higher than other multi's that it is better. I can't speak to the 'natural' part however this product did not do anything noticeable for me. I'll go back to my former vitamin.

    I will continue to use and recommend this product.
    I had not been feeling up to par - my energy level had dropped significantly. I first attributed it to the lifestyle change I experienced with the COVID-19 Shelter-in-Place rules for my age group (82). I started out taking just one capsule a day. Then I read more carefully and realized I should be taking four capsules a day! That seemed just too many so I upped it to two. About a week or so ago I started taking four a day. I can't believe the fact I feel almost "normal" again! I used a four star rating because I want to be sure my increased energy level is due to the capsules and I wish I didn't need to take so many in a day.

    Great product and great service
    I use the whole food multivitamin for women which I have auto-shipped. I like that it's a complete multivitamin and makes a difference in how I feel. I also like how easy the company is to work with. If I get behind taking my vitamins, they will let me skip a shipment with no hassle.

    Almost perfect
    This is one of the best vitamins on the market. It is a quality product at a reasonable price and out performs a lot of more expensive brands that I have tried. My only two suggestions are for them to change the type of magnesium in this product to a more easily absorbable form and to implement sustainable packaging.

    Big positive difference with a natural product
    After I personally seen a positive difference, I bought the female equivalent for my mom which is in her mid 60s. has an issue with swallowing and taking heart medication. All was cleared by her doctor, including blood tests before and after. She has seen a big difference in energy levels plus no chocking or gaging effect even when she take it whole. Does not like the taste when she uses it as powder and taking so many in a day as a recommended dose.

    I love knowing these vitamins are so excellent. I am seeing a wellness and antiaging doctor and she was impressed by these vitamins. She did say there isn't enough vitamin d in them and gave me a supplement to go with them, but was very impressed with them overall. Plan to put my whole family in these.
