Awesome.
Arrived in very good condition. Battery was already fully charged. Took less than 10 minutes to assemble (first time always takes longer). So far so good!

Frustrated
I am discussed because I'm promised deliver of new handicap scooter 2 and 3 days early and si home we aiming for FedEx To deliver it as the last 2 miles take 2 days and I can't bank on that either, the last one I canceled but I cant afford to do again because price has increased.

    Design flaw with battery ends up being stranded!
    The battery just didn't make contact 100% of the time leaving me without power to move!

    Great purchase, questionable delivery
    Scooter was delivered to the wrong address first. It went to Texas and I live in New Jersey…when it finally arrived, it was simple to assemble and has been working perfectly so far.

    This scooter is perfect for my mother. Very lightweight and quite fast. Easy to assemble! Very good quality. Havent used it much but it does seem to be hold up so far.

    We assembled ourselves. People came to assemble before the unit was delivered. We told them to come back they never re turned so we assembled it ourselves
