deceptive description, New 3DS. bought it for grandchildren who have 3Ds and it is not for their 3 DS? Its either for 3DS's or not! now I cant return it, also one was opened and tried which is how we found out SMH

    New 3DS only!
    Only works with the (New 3DS game system) which you can't find anywhere. Thought it was new and worked with 3 DS. Merchant has a short return policy so I'm stuck at Christmas with a useless game nobody can play. Can't even sell it because nobody has a New3DS.

    Misleading
    Very misleading!!! Is NOT compatible with 3DS XL. Even though it said in big letters it is for Nintendo 3DS. I bought for a Valentines gift for my daughter in January. So when she got it on Valentines she was very disappointed that it didn't work. I tried to return so I could get her another game that would work but Walmart refused because it was pasted 14 days. So now I'm stuck with a game I can't use., out more money for a game that will work. Very disappointing!! It might have been a great game if it would have worked

    Packaging should be clearer
    Should be clearer that this does not work on original 3DS. Bought this for my daughter and it does not work on her system. Walmart won't take it back, so we are left with a game she cannot use. Great way to spoil Christmas for a kid.

    GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN READ TITLES!
    Game is great!! People note: you will never be able to play this minecraft on a different 3ds because on the NEW 3ds xl there is a right thumbstick so you can move where your looking, the other ones don't have that except the new 2ds xl. so you should just read the title and do more research and you might even need to by the new 3ds xl because of the extra features.

    Very good game, does not deserve the 1 star ratings yust because of the dumb people that can't take a minute to see that the game is only for the new 3ds and don't know that the game can't run on the old sistems because they are underpowered for this game

    Awesome! All the Minecraft fun in the 3DS handheld you can take with you wherever. **PEOPLE NOTE: It says in the title AND the picture that this is for the "New 3DS." People really need to stop just buying and take the time to do at least 5 minutes of research first before giving money away. It's not the ad's fault. The latest 3DS model, which has even been featured in commercials, states that the new model is called the "NEW 3DS," where the original is simply the Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL. Just like cell phones release new models that are improved in RAM and memory, etc, just like the PlayStation 4 and 4K and the Xbox, Xbox One, Xbox One S, they are simply newer models, however, they have very SUBTLE but differences in name or description. The game is great. I'm planning on getting the PS3 version as well so I can play the game on a bigger screen. I love this version because I love my 3DS, which is a newer 3DS Pokémon Lunala and Solgaleo version. The new 3DS is in fact called by name that, "The New Nintendo 3DS." It's been available for more than a year now actually. More I'm sure. But, bad reviews should be saved for games and items that weren't actually good, not used when a person doesn't comprehend what they're buying. Online chat is available for questions but people never use it. Then they get upset. Before buying things, do a little research. Especially with technology and things changing so quickly. Great game, always has been, very happy as I knew exactly what I was purchasing!
