Purchased new computer, received used floor model
I paid full price for a "new" computer, and received a clearly used floor model or refurbished model with fingerprints, scratches, dirt, dust, missing packaging, stained packaging, and sticky goo on the bottom. Nowhere in the listing did it mention the possibility of receiving a refurbished or used computer, never mind one in this condition.
