very nice sofa
This is a very nice sofa. Very comfy and sturdy. It was fairly easy to assemble. The hardest part was attaching the back. You have to have it completely level or it won't attach. Which was difficult to do alone. But eventually I got it attached.

Absolute garbage. stitching already coming out of bottom cushion and I've barely sat on the couch. now Walmart wants me to disassemble, repackage, print return and wait for FedEx to come and get it. Buyer beware. This was to be a nice little couch for the office and its ripped less than three weeks with maybe 10 sitting and no kids or pets.

    The color of the sofa isn't the same as on the picture, but overall it's great sofa: firm enough, sturdy and really comfortable, didn't expect this quality for lower price

    I put this couch together solo. Light gray was $100 less than others and I love it. Got pillows and side table from Walmart too!

    I can't comment on how durable this thing is over time, but OH MY GOSH! As of now it is the best that I could have possibly imagined. It is the size of a normal couch bought in a furniture store. I see reviews of other sofas, and they usually say that the cushions have no support or the backrest is too low, but this one is perfect! Bottom cushion is firm and back cushions are soft and comfy but not lacking any stuffing. This was the cheapest sofa I could find at $230 for the light gray. The legs are made of solid wood and this thing is absolutely GORGEOUS! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because upon opening the box, one of the brackets was laying out in the box while the other was attached (a minor problem) and there was no screws to attach it. The screws that came with it are a little tiny, so I went out and bought longer screws to replace them with, which I highly recommend! I took the chance and it turned out amazing!

    Defective product - inside the wood was broken
    It was a defective product. After a month I realized that inside the leather the wood was broken apart and it seems someone used that product before. I never expected Walmart will deliver such defective product.

    Comfortable But Overpriced/ Hard To Clean
    This sofa is surprisingly comfortable for a faux leather - soft to the touch and just the right mix of firmness for me personally. No squeaking when moving around like you get with some faux leather. The arms are solid and not soft but that seem typical for these square arm sofas and can be fixed with an accent pillow. I was actually shocked at how comfortable and sturdy it feels because the build/design is NOT good. The seat it supported mostly by a very thin strip of wood along the front piece. Initially I was just waiting for the whole thing to collapse (and it still might) but so far no stability issues or creaking etc. If this couch were $100 cheaper I'd probably be satisfied but I spent $350 over some similar options that were cheaper thinking I was splurging on quality and it just doesn't feel much more premium than what I would have gotten for less. The back cushions aren't as structured as they are in the photos so it just doesn't look as expensive in person. The back of the sofa is also just a thin flap of material that attaches with velcro. Over time it has smoothed out and doesn't look as bad but initially it looked really cheap and awkward. The biggest issue is that it doesn't wipe down well. I tried wiping it down with a damp cloth and it almost looked stained/discolored in spots as it dried. The tufts in the seat will also be hard to get crumbs out of etc. Just sucks because easy cleaning is the reason I go for faux leather and this just is not easy to wipes down like past sofas I've had. I guess that's the trade off for the softer material. Anyway just wanted to give a real review of the pros and cons. I might return because I feel I overspent but it is decently comfortable and I'm honestly not sure that saving a few bucks on something cheaper is worth the hassel of boxing it up and returning it. For $400 I'd say just get something cheaper. For under $300 it's an option if the back will be facing a wall.

    It's ok for the price
    A little difficult to assemble by yourself. It came with some defects but got covered by the manufacturer. Decent couch, sturdy. Not too much legroom. The fabric feels good.

    Received the sofa in a very bad condition there were holes at the bottom of the sofa . Scratches all over the leather. Very disappointed in this product!! Please don't waste your money here !!

    Couch is as good as your delivery driver!
    Received this couch in the mail via FedEx. Nothing on the packaging indicated that it should be handled by two people so the FedEx driver attempted to remove it from the truck and dropped it on the ground and flipped it several times in the road before my husband went outside hearing all the commotion and had to help him get it to our porch. the result was that the front bottom panel was damaged and we did not realize this until we had everything totally unpacked and we were in the process of assembling the couch. We thought it was possibly just cosmetic and continued with couch assembly because it would be such a pain to have to put everything back in this gigantic box and figure out how to return it. it took me forever to find a couch that I liked and I also waited a while for it to come so I did not want to deal with having to go through the hassle of getting another couch for a small flaw. Assembly was pretty easy and quick. Materials were not the BEST quality, but I knew I was getting a $300 couch, so I had reasonable expectations. I truly liked the look and feel of the assembled couch as it was very firm but also very comfortable and supportive. I liked the style and the fabric very much. But alas, the panel was of structural value, and the fracture in it worsened after we sat on the couch a couple of times during the course of 48 hours. so I had to contact customer service to figure out how to return this giant couch that was fully assembled and no longer in the package. I was shocked when customer service said that they still wanted to go through with having it returned via mail! They sent me a FedEx label and told us to put the couch outside and that FedEx would come get it. I would recommend this couch but I would also recommend a thorough inspection of all parts and pieces before assembling it or destroying any packaging so you know if anything is damaged or missing from shipping.
