Thanksgiving success!!!
We purchased the 10L Electric fryer just in time for Thanksgiving. Cooked two turkeys a 15lb and a 19lb. both turned out great at 3mins per Lb.

I CANT BELIEVE THIS...
I was so elated to receive My Masterbuilt Turkey Fryer, yes I was, yes I was. To my dismay, my smile, turned upside down why, you ask? bc, on the box in big bold letters it reads FOR COMMERCIAL USE ONLY," "NOT FOR HOUSEHOLD USE" end quote. That means taht if I use this fryer, and my house catches a fire, I will have to pay for damages due to this fryer. Insurance WILL NOT PAY and for those reasons, I'm OUT and Im returning this item back to the vendor. Cookie

    I had just recently got my Masterbuilt 10 Liter XL Electric Fryer. I was very impressed on how well this electric fryer cooks. I was at a friend's house for the Super Bowl 56 Party, as I had took the fryer there, and we cooked chicken wings in Canola Oil. They turned out very tasty. We were all impressed with this fryer. Even though the initial timing for it to heat up is like 35 to 40 minutes, yet it's well worth the wait. It's very important to read thr instruction manual before using it the first time. This fryer is well worth the price and the quality of it's function

    Used it for Thanksgiving and for Christmas and they cooked well, everyone was pleased with them.. For everyone thats saying it's not heating or anything of the sort.. make sure the power cord is seated correctly and the light comes on.. The cord is short and can be a hassle depending on where you place your fryer and having a outlet.

    Turkey Fryer
    This is an awesome product! I have been looking in stores but we couldn't find them. So I ordered one after looking for months. It has enough room for a 14 pound turkey. I use it for fries and other smaller foods. I just wish it had a longer cord. But overall it's an amazing product to have.

    Replaced my older Masterbuilt, and not disappointe
    After 8 years of faithful service, my old Masterbuilt Electric Turkey Fryer (round pot with digital temperature and timer) finally gave up the ghost. So I looked and found the XL Fryer, and bought it directly from Masterbuilt. The first basket was mis-shaped and wouldn't set on the ledge, but customer service sent me a second basket very quickly. Come Christmas time, we couldn't find a smaller Turkey for just the two of us, we happened to get a 20 pounder. That wouldn't have fit in my older fryer but it fit in just perfectly. As always with a new unit, I'm learning where to put my thermometers to best measure the oil temperatures as well as the meat temperature, but even without that the bird came out great. (See picture). This is a well thought out, solidly built device. Highly recommended!

    Loved it!
    Read the instructions carefully and watch a few videos on YouTube to get helpful tips and to be comfortable with using. This was the first turkey that was finished by my family. I usually have to freeze over half of the turkey.

    Not what I thought
    I was very excited To try this invention, I thought it would be cool because I have watched so many reviews and videos about it. What I ended up learning once I tried the device was that I had a 14 pound turkey, that cooked everywhere but except the top. I had To turn the turkey over for the turkey to get completely done. My turkey turned out very dark and it was not crunchy at all. The taste of the turkey was very juicy but it was not what I expected it to be. I filled it up to the max line and it did not completely cook the turkey. I was very, very disappointed.
