I received the Mainstay Lavender Air Freshsener as a sample and it works great! I put it in my half bathroom and the lavender scent lasted for about 2 months and absorbed every odor so that's a plus especially living with multiple kids.

No smell
I didnt notice a fragrance at all in my closet. The gel disappeared within 60 days and never once did I notice the fragrance in my closet.

    Honest Opinion
    Bought this product a couple weeks ago and put it in my daughter's closet to freshen up with lavender fragrance. Did not have any throw at all. Do not waste your hard earned money to buy this product. You will be very disappointed that your money was wasted. Even when l brought the air freshener to my nose, l could barely smell a faint smell of lavender. Pretty much garbage now.

    Bought 2. Absolutely no scent in our primary closet, which is within the area restriction given (80cubic feet) or in the linen closet. Even with the jar directly under your nose, the scent is faint.

    Works great!
    I know it is meant for closets but I left it in one of our bedrooms, 12x10 ft. The room smelled wonderfully for a couple of months! It took away the stagnant odor. Definitely recommend!

    Perfect for our game room.
    I live in a house with all guys. My home was also built in the 60s. Even though we replaced all the wallboard in the game room when we bought our home. The game room can get a little musty smelling with the guys, lol. Anyhow, I quickly placed this in there. I love the scent in there now, and so do the guys. You could easily place this in a closet with great results, but it has been awesome for me on the game room. I did receive this to review, but my opinion is honest and my own.

    At first I wasn't sure if I would like that at all because when I think of moth deterrents and go small balls which brings me back to childhood in my grandparents house. This smelled nothing like that. It smell like beautiful lavender. Very happy with this product haven't seen any moths whatsoever which makes me extremely happy because have a closed fetish you don't want anything to ruin them especially something as small as a moth :-)

    Removes those pesky odors In a laundry room too!
    As soon as this Mainstay brand 17 oz lavender scent air refresher arrived I peeled the top covering off and immediately put it in our laundry room. Decided I would leave it there for a week before giving a review on it. It was not a overpowering scent of lavender so in my option that is a plus for a person like myself who has sensitive lungs. It really did help with the musky odors in the room due to the washing machine and probably dirty laundry sitting to be washed at the end of the week. It's doing exactly it should be doing. With it being 17 ounces it will last quite awhile helping with odor and musky scents.

    Smells great but it's barely noticeable
    I love the smell of lavender, this product smells absolutely beautiful. I was also happy to see that it is made in the USA. My big complaint is that the scent is barely noticeable. I have it in my closet which is not very large and when I open the door I cannot smell it at all. The product claims to freshen spaces up to 80 ft.³, my closet is not that large. I am thinking that this would be perfect for a drawer or a very small cabinet in order for you to be able to smell it well enough.
