Birthday bike brings joy during pandemic
This was a gift for my grandsons 8th birthday, it arrived sooner than estimated delivery date. My son assembled it in 15 minutes, and said it was a easy assembly. My grandson has been riding it with such joy, doing tricks and seeing how fast he can go, such simple childhood moments that during this difficult time. I am so pleased with this bike, and the happiness it has brought my grandson!!

Cheap quality tiers and break pads
Cheap quality tiers and break pads. The rear tier worn out within a month, I could not see any visible tire treads now. Even the break pads of cheap quality. Looks like I have to replace the rear tire and break pads in couple of weeks.

    Bike broken out of box. Got Warranty but no go.
    Parts broken in the box. Called vendor for request of replacement parts but all i got was an answering machine. I got the warranty but was told to call the manufacturer but they don't answer. Why did i buy a warranty if I can't get the bike fixed.

    Nice color, poor quality brakes.
    The bike came with a lower price than i pay stick to it, and the brakes dont work even after adjustments were made.

    Bought and could not use right away. .
    The brakes were not set up correctly. This was a lot of work that cost us EXTRA MONEY. Also, one of the pedals had NO THREADS on it. We had to go buy new pedals. This was for my son's birthday. He had to wait and wait. We are still waiting. I'm very disappointed. I've never had an issue like this (and this is NOT our first time to buy a bike). Now we have to pay some assembly service. Hindsight, I should've ordered online and delivered to store and maybe they would've assembled then. No nearby stores had what we needed already assembled.

    My son's brakes gave out in the first day of him riding it I purchased it on 2/22/21 and I'm having a hard time filing a claim and I purchased the protection plan and I'm getting the run around to file a claim

    CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!!
    Cheap!!!! Second time riding the brake cable broke. Got that fixed, now the pedal sprockets has completely disintegrated making the bike completely unrideable and unfixable. Cheaper to buy new elsewhere.

    Defective back tire
    The bike is nice looking with skulls and bright green. I had it assembled by Walmart services -handy tech Tony, who was excellent but the bike came defective. The back tire was wobbly and needed to be true. All that and had to return it. Very disappointing and inconvenient. They refunded the service and bike.
