According to UPS they delivered a package that weighed 9 lbs. to somebody at some place other than my address. In talking with Holly Tree they told me twice they would refund my purchase price. But never did. So not only are they a fraud, but also liars. I bought this same heater through another seller, and it's a beast. I use it in my viking garage (a lot of air holes), also used it during our weather cyclone in the house with temps and wind chills -0 degrees. It really helped warm the house.John

The new heater is able to use the (expensive) hose that attaches to a BBQ propane cylinder. But the replacement no longer includes the built-in battery powered fan. I'll miss that feature.John
