Defective phone
I did not receive a “like new” phone that was “fully functional”. I got a phone that was damaged internally. After struggling to set the phone up, I visited two Verizon stores (my wireless carrier) and worked with Apple support technicians for hours, and everyone concluded the phone was defective - slow to respond and unable to connect to WiFi. Such a waste of time... I returned the phone but it will take two weeks to receive a refund. Disappointed this seller did not carefully inspect the phone before re-selling.... Do not recommend :(

    Poor battery
    The "like new" description is inaccurate. The battery in the phone I received is degraded and doesn't keep a charge for more than a couple of hours. In only the second week of having the phone, I experienced two power failures, with the phone now warning me that I need a new battery. I would return if it wasn't so inconvenient and will just have to get the battery replaced on my own expense .Look for a refurbished phone elsewhere.

    Grade A (F) refurbished phone
    The phone does not charge, I took it out of the box to transfer my data over it was on 15% plugged it in and it would not pick up on the charge I tried my other Apple products on the charger and it works. The phone then just died and has not turned on since then even being left on the charge for 8 hours. I would like a full refund. I have not had the phone for 2 days. It is supposably a Grade A refurbished phone

    Poor quality.
    This phone was supposed to be rated Grade "A". meaning no visible defects or scratches. When I received the phone, it was more like Grade "D". The screen was very scratched up and looked like it had seen its better days. Definitely not what I paid for when looking for a Grade "A" refurbished phone.

    I was order the iPhone 8 Plus on July 2021 from Tigerphone Pro Sell I'm very happy with my purchase the phone look like new all functions working perfect I don't have any problems until now I'm really recommend and I will looking another iPhone from Tiger phones

    Phone is in Great condition. however, the original charger and headphones are missing. Comes with an aftermarket charging cable though. i will buy again

    I got my phone a little less then a week after I ordered it. Has some tiny scuff marks here and there but overall it works perfectly fine. Just throw a phone case and screen protector on it and it practically looks new. Packaging wise it came in like a plastic bag in a small box with a charger and box. Phone was turned on when I got it lol. It was turned on with the very beginning steps of setting the phone up. Overall though not bad I suppose. Everything works good, charging good.
