SUPER annoyed.
The box was damaged in shipping, which resulted in damage to the table top. Bummed, but ok with it since the plan was for it to be used in a laundry room. When trying to put the legs together, I noticed that the welding had dripped over, which did not allow the legs to be flush. Ok, still not enough for the trouble of returning it. When trying to screw the second leg in, the welding part completely detached. Ok, now SUPER annoyed! And since the box was damaged, I must return the table and parts to the store for a refund. Guess I got what I "paid" for. Save yourself some time and Keep Looking! Not the workstation table for you.

    I just opened the box today to put together. It is cracked all the way across. I needed this desk for work. I don't have the time to return.

    Little more Attention to Detail
    The manufacturer of this product needs to pay a little more attention when making this. Don't get me wrong, the tables are great and I ordered 2 of them. One of my tables had a piece that was wrong, one of the parts that connects the legs together had vertical holes on one side and horizontal holes on the other (they are metal and those are welded). I made it work by just using one of the holes and having it stick out the side a little (you can see in the attached photo). I just put that table in the corner and the other one (which was fine) next to it so you don't notice the error.

    Absolutely disappointed
    As a single mom, I saved up to be able to buy this desk for a work/school desk for my son and myself. As shown in the photos, the directions (although EXTREMELY vague) WOULD have made sense if the person who placed the stickers had put the numbers on the correct pieces. So now, my already tightened screws that were ready to support the heavy metal piece in addition to the wooden desk topper itself, are now bent on the wrong side from the secured screws. So now I'm out the money unless I want a trashy bent up desk on display in our home, thanks to 1 simple job not being done right.

    Poor experience
    It was delivered broken. When I contacted the seller regarding replacing the part, they did not want to deal with it and sent me back to Walmart. The opposite of what other vendors do which is they would want to deal with the customer directly.. not a good experience.

    Very big disappointment!
    Horrible! The bolts they give you get stuck and strip. The bolts they give you to attach the leg frame to the desk top are too long and ended up busting through the desk top. Has to return it, the holes made the desk unusable.

    Dirty, Dinged up, Scratched, And Scraped Mess!
    I purchased a brand new Ktaxon Wood Computer Desk and it came in terrible condition. The pieces of the table were all blackened with dirt and there were cosmetic issues on every limb. An absolute disaster. I would not ever purchase furniture from this company ever again, nor would I purchase furniture from walmart seeing as this was my second such encounter with them. The item appeared to be used, by the looks of it and foreign blonde strands of hair that accompanied it! It was very easy to assemble but, getting it clean?...What an ordeal.

    Waste of time
    Needed a desk for work and saw this. Used measurements and it worked out. Received it and putting it together was easy until the last leg, and it's smaller than the IKEA desk I was using. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

    Not As Representated.
    I thought his was an all-wood or mostly wood product. It is not. It is primarily metal with a wood laminate top. I am not overly happy with the product.
