Great value, powerful and fun
I've had this bike for about a month. The motor and battery are more powerful than I expected, it's a lot of fun. The controls are easy to use and the bike is solid. The rear rack includes a spring arm which is not common on many racks these days. This is a comfortable cruiser at a great price. I'm getting 30-40 miles range depending on wind/hills and how much I pedal vs. use the battery. The only negative is the shipping condition from the manufacturer. It arrived from Walmart via Fed-X in just 2 days but had a few scratches and was missing a small bracket that attaches the seat to the seat post. I assembled everything else in less than an hour but couldn't ride it without a seat attached. After a week the customer service sent a replacement part that was the incorrect part, and I gave up and bought one at a bike shop. The brake wires also had to be loosened to avoid scraping on the rotors. Once I got it all working it's great and I'd buy it again. Just beware of issues.

Bike shop couldn't fix it. 2nd one ruined by FedEx
I put alot of time and effort into trying to make this bike work. I took it to a bike shop and they had to true the front wheel and straighten the bent rear rotor. The rear brake still rubbed when ridden. I took it back for a brake alignment and they reported that the frame was not properly manufactured. The rear brake mounts were not in the proper position to allow for proper rear brake alignment. I had ordered a second one for my boyfriend and FedEx badly mishandled that one. Metal parts were visibly bent in transit and it could not be assembled.

Not a happy customer right now
I love the color it is prettier than I expected, very disappointed with the packaging and the beading it must have taken getting here. Haven't opened yet because I'm worried about the effect it may have had on the electric motor. Not happy at all.

when I received it and was assembling it I found the front fork was bent I called the company and they were very helpful and they're sending me out a new fork that I have not yet received but it's only been 2 days other than that it seems really as simple to assemble and looks good

    Try a different brand
After anxiously waiting for it, bike came damaged with a severely bent fork. Not a small bend either but two full inches off and twisted as if the bike was dropped headfirst off a liftgate. I emailed Kent with photos, etc. and was willing to wait for a new fork or credit for one. Nope. They said take it back to the retailer and get a refund. That's OK, but returning it for me is a major hassle. Walmart was great! They handled it quickly. Not a good two days. Fedex probably to blame, but Kent not so great.

Good. But very hard to start on a hillside.
Good- comfortable, easy ride. Low seating allows flat foot stopping. More power than I thought. Bad— FedEx— the box had a couple of holes torn on the corners, one actually had the front brake caliper protruding through the box. The box was distorted in such a way that it is obvious it was shipped laying flat, despite labels stating not to do so. FedEx SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT!!! Pedals are the cheapest plastic I have ever seen. The PAS levels are selected by pressing a single button. It does not allow for “downshifting” ie to go from 3 to 2 the user must cycle up from 3, to 0, to 1, and finally to 2. An up/down switch makes it much easier. My main complaint is the slow PAS activation. It takes a full one and a half turns before assist comes on. Starting on even a slight hill is almost impossible. Makes this bike a no for my wife, so I'm going to return it.

    Damaged
Had to return to store as soon as I got it unboxed. We were so excited to receive the bike and then unboxed to realize it was severely damaged! Don't know why a company would send something like that or to customer. Deep scratches and the fork was bent beyond repair. We took it back to local Walmart, which was easy. Ordered a bike from another retailer

alot of good, a little bad
box was damaged in several places, so was bike. that included dent to fender, broken reflector, and deep scratches to paint. 5% refund was satisfactory, this was my daughters 20th birthday present and i was saddened to see that it did not look as new. Also, charged fee of $15 that agent couldn't show cause for in non tax state. after hour on phone fee was refunded. overall, daughter loved the bike but wished that is was as described. i wouldn't buy a new car with damage to it, and this "NEW EBIKE" should not arrived damage either

nice looking, easy ride, expect shipping damage.
nice bike, comfortable, disc brakes are a plus, motor assist seems fine. was the best priced combo of brakes, style, motor and battery i could find in june. only ridden it about 5 miles so far. will need some adjustments to fenders and brakes as shipping seems to be rough on them. I bought two, the second box didn't have parts sticking out, but both frames were very scarred (through the paint) from the front wheel axle. also you may find seat mount parts loose in the box, should be a bolt, nut and 2 black clamp parts to attach the seat to the post. also your rubber seal for the handle post may be loose in the box. i wouldn't rely on the battery lock to secure the battery if you're leaving the bike alone for a while. take it with you, it's only ~5lbs. there's a gap that can be used to jimmy the battery free, it appears. a lot of the parts i found online, like the control panel and the mxus motor, but the battery appears to be custom, so keep it safe. (if anyone else finds it online please post!) i did find duplicolor mc200 red anodized paint seems to match the red and metallic paint, but the bike has a red base coat i think? not perfect, but still, the duplicolor seems to work well if you need to touch up. i asked kent support in email about paint, they dont know the color codes, but they did respond quickly. looking forward to nice rides. especially after this Texas summer is over. its gonna be hot this year!

    Damaged or used bike
Bike arrived open box. Frame damaged in the area where i found protection wrap. Damaged a lot. How can be damaged in transportation if that area was very well protected. Wrap was not damaged but frame is. Open box was probably just to blame FedEx. I'm not happy with used product, because i bought a new one. I also see in reviews that im not the only one.

    love the look
Reflectors were broken not a big deal but am taking a star. Also the seat has a permanent dent from shipping. Other than that my granddaughter really likes it.
