Worth the money but a pain to build. Thought I was missing parts but you have to build the cubes and put the covers over them. I suggest pulling up a photo while you work on it.

Awful experience
I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. At first I thought I was missing the pieces that formed the caves but after contacting the company, I was informed that they were formed by a stretch fabric with holes cut out so only the top and bottom were made of the fiberboard. Then, once I began assembly, I was minus two of the 2 ended bolts necessary for one of the top pieces. Lastly, the material was constantly shedding and I had gray lint all over the place. So much so that I was afraid that if the kitties did play on this they might get lint in their mouths and choke. Taking it apart and re-boxing it was the easiest and best part of the whole process!!

    Not sturdy.
    The mouse has already been destroyed and the carpet is coming off of one of the tubes already. It is not sturdy even though all the screws are tight. Some of my larger adult cats make it wobble already. The three perch beds are really only large enough for my medium size older kittens. I wouldn't buy it again.

    Its a beautiful cat tower once you put it together, but I wish it came with a video instruction because the instruction book was not easy to understand.

    Deeply Disappointed!!!!!
    Horrible!! Missing parts! Impossible to put together without all of the pieces. I trusted Walmart and waited till Christmas Eve to put together, big mistake! It's definitely going back. I cannot recommend this product to anyone!

    Very poor quality
    This is such poor quality, my kitten has shredded it. Material is horrible is just falls apart when you touch. My floor is covered with black threads and it's practically gone on the tree. I've had it for one month. Truly a waste of money.

    Worth the effort!
    Difficult to put together but definitely worth the time, effort, and frustration. Directions aren't specific enough. When finished it is sturdy, heavy and attractive. Stay calm and don't get frustrated. It is better if done by 2 people.

    nice cat tree but no directions came with this...I guess being stuck in the house because of covid restrictions will give me plenty of time to figure this out...
