    HORRIBLE FUNCTIONS!!
    very uncomfortable, no foam for earpiece and the earpiece doesn't fit in the ear....making and receiving calls are extremely difficult since the same button powers off , on, accepts and ends calls......the only feature that is really dependable is the redial feature by pressing the button twice.....it's going back!!!! you get what you pay for.

    Missing Half
    I was happy when it came quicker than supposed to. Only lasted till I opened the box. It was missing the piece for around your ear and the micro foam covering for the speaker. Also it had no charging cord or USB cord with it. I'm very disappointed because I've gotten no reply from Jabra with the only communication is email, no phone or any other way to communicate with them.

    If you love incessant pocket-dials, get this!
    For the main function, which is clarity on both ends while making a Bluetooth phone call, this is a decent ear piece. But, if you keep it in your pocket while not in use, BEWARE! The design is flawed in that the same button is used to power on/off, answer and release calls, actuate voice commands and, and here's the horrible part, to redial by pressing twice. How's that horrible? Well, that's what I'm here to tell you. I power the unit off and stick it in my pocket (because I can't wear it constantly due to discomfort). Then, either by rogue AI or the simple pressure of my pocket against my leg, the Jabra powers back up. Not a huge deal, right? Probably not UNLESS you're like me and then move in a way which then 2x clicks and your last call is redialed. Yeah. Imagine your last call on redial 1x or 2x or in my worst-case 9x! It happens to me about 7 times out of 10. Extreme pocket-dial! Oh yeah, it's also the only ear piece I've ever owned which doesn't double for audio in music or videos. It's only good for calling functions, and secretly pocket-dialing an ex 9 times in a row!

    Good but not what I expected
    I would have given this Bluetooth a 5 stars but when watching movies,videos or audios it does not come through it as compared to my previous Bluetooth so am a little disappointed but l Like everything else about it
