Great headset
Shipping was free at Christmas time. Jabra was easy to set up and pair. It works well for phone service and voice notifies with power on/power off. It has tricks I still need to learn but these are easy.

Came with Chinese as language as software
Called Jabra and they were unable to fix the issue, When I asked for a replacement they refused, I had no choice but to return it to the store. They still ended up with it in the end, Why not keep your customers happy?

    Update description please!
    I am disappointed in the product becauae it is misrepresented. Claims it comes with a car battery charger, 2 ear gels, and 2 ear hooks. None of that was included. Headset works well enough, no issues so far, noise cancellation is not up to par though. Seems to be a refurbished unit as it came in a plastic bag with just an usb charging cable and no other accessories. Nowhere in the description does it say this. If I had known that none of the hooks or gels were included I would have ordered from another source.

    i didnt like this bluetooth. it came in a bag with just a cord. Then it doesnt work good at all.

    Missing accessories
    Order was a new item, but came in a plastic bag and no accessories. Please send the missing items that come with new Bluetooth headset.

    Haven't used this that long but so far so good
    I did quite a bit of research on Bluetooth head sets. I started looking at the low end sets. The reviews were either negative or not informative enough for me to make a decision. I worked my way up in price until I came to this brand. There were no negative reviews. I am older and not as tech savvy as I used to be so I enlisted the aid of my daughter-in-law to assist me in setting this head set up with my old school cell phone. It is not a smart phone. It does not have a touch screen. She was able to connect this device to my phone within a matter of literally 2 minutes. I did try it a few times. The sound quality is good. However, I have not had a chance to use it for any length of time yet. I think it will take some time for me to adjust to using this. I do not usually use ear buds or phones. This product comes with accessories and I feel that it is a good buy.

    Buy this one from Walmart
    Great noise cancelling compact blue-tooth ear piece for the money. Bought two and they both work perfectly. Had purchased the same model from ebay and received a defective unit that was horrible. Buy this one from a reputable merchant like Walmart and if you get a defective unit at least you can return it.

    don't buy this
    I could hear the other person perfectly...the company nailed that on the head...BUT every single person I spoke with said I sounded like it was in my mouth.....in a tunnel...muffled...the lists goes on and on...I returned in time to get my $ back ...I should have read the reviews.....they all say the same thing......don't waste your money...

    Basically disappointed
    I bought this for one specific purpose, background noise reduction on my end. Advertising claims aside, it simply isn't there yet. Comments from various people I spoke with ranged from "you sound like you're under water" to "I can understand you but your voice is garbled". I'll concede that I may have gotten a bad one, but I've tried several, including the top rated one that apparently works from vibrations in the bone rather than a normal microphone. The results have not been satisfactory, The upside, although it wasn't what I was looking for is that the sound quality on my end, advertised as HD, is really, really good, maybe the best of any that I've tried.
