Awesome air conditioner
Absolutely love the portable air conditioner. Was very easy to set up. Very powerful. Works great. Gets cold love the difference settings. Office room is in the attic area so it get super hot . With in a half hour went from 98 to 74. Makes so much easier to work.

Could be good if it worked
Purchased on walmart.com doesn't look like the one pictured had 15,000 BTU would all be great but the fan in the back wasn't pumping out the hot air so ac would stop working after 10 minutes

    This works to cool off. a 2 story Townhouse
    I helped my youngest get this. She lives in a two story Townhouse. And she had tried using a smaller number in btu air unit. Just didn't really help cool it off. I seen this one, and ordered it for her. She loves it. Finally found one that cools off her place.

    Horrible experience all around
    Item didn't have everything to use. After receiving damaged box was still hopeful it would at least work. However after waiting the time it says it requires before using it. It doesn't cool. It's too heavy for me to load in my car to return to store. An after numerous attempts the 2 locations close to me have been of little help in even speaking to someone about the issue. They just tell you to go online.

    The unit was better than nothing!
    This unit was better than nothing! You needed to stand I front to get heat relief. It was noisy. Temp would be set at 66 but with a temperature gauge 1 foot away the temp would never get lower than 78 degrees. The vent was extremely hard to install/connect! The unit had to be elevated in order for drainage water tube to work.

    It cools !! The air is COLD!
    Set it up and plugged it in. Had the whole thing up and cooling in less than 1 hour. The air is really cold. It sounds like an airplane landing on high setting. I would have to move it or turn it down or off to hear the tv. Some people have posted that the window vent kit is loose and doesn't fit well. I have tall sliding windows and it's decent. There's some gaps but nothing major. Most important... It's not 90 inside my house any more ❤️

    Works amazing
    I have had this about 2 weeks now and it was very easy to set up. The instructions were very clear. I did have to cut the window part to fit into my window which was easy. It's not loud and it works very well! This kept 3 rooms cool! The remote is very helpful to! Overall great AC!!

    The JHS a/c was great for 3 weeks. It cooled off my entire studio apartment and the operation was easy. Then suddenly it began to make a rattling sound. I looked at the troubleshoot in the manual and said to make sure it was on a level surface. That didn't fix the problem. So, I gave it a soft tap and the rattle went away. It rattled upon starting but then went away after a few minutes. Now I can't get the rattle to stop. I have tried contacting JHS customer service but they did not respond to my e-mail. There is no phone number I could find to contact them. I am very frustrated that I spent over $400 for this product and after 3 weeks it's already having problems.

    Major shipping issues
    Product works but getting it was a problem. The first one ordered was delivered broken and upside down on my door step, it never made it out of the box. The box had been damages and some of the wheels were broken off. I requested a replacement and the damaged unit was picked up and a new one delivered. It did arrive right side up this time but the box was torn open and missing chunks of cardboard, clearly a problem with the shipper. Physicall it is intact and seems to be working ok.
