Great Product to invest in..
I loved my JBL Xtreme 3 it works great and it provides exactly what I expected...great product I would strongly recommended to my friends to try it out.. totally worth it.

Awesome while it lasted.
Floated in pool and filled up with water....stopped working within 10 minutes. Disappointing. I haven't contacted customer support about a replacement yet.

    Dissapointing Connection Issues
    Individual speaker quality is great. I bought two JBL Xtreme 3's, however, and when on a Bluetooth connection, the PartyBoost feature faces numerous connection issues/cutting out

    Extreme3 not as good as original Extreme.
    I never thought that I would be disappointed with a JBL / Harmon product ( I have many) but the Extreme3 isn't what I expected. I have the original Extreme and it really kicks a full range, bass heavy sound, but I wanted a little more power for my rooftop parties so I ordered the 3 thinking it would be the same but better (100watts as opposed to 60watts). However it seems to have more mid-range and actually less bass then the original, with less high range. It's also slightly muddier whereas the the original is crisp and clear. Definitely better battery life though. I am returning it for a BoomBox3 which hopefully should do the trick.

    My JBL Xtreme 3 over priced by $100.
    My order for the JBL Xtreme 3 was simple. The shipping time was great but the cost for this speaker seems to be inflated. For what the speaker can do and the sound it produces is average. I would recommend this speaker to my friend's but i feel it is over priced for an average sound decice by about $100.00.

    Not loud at all
    you'd expect for $350 it would be loud but its really disappointing id just buy a JBL charge instead of this they're basically the same

    Good besides reproducing treble!
    There are a lot of complaints about the grinding of high frequencies. It is necessary to modify the SBC codec to two-channel, with the bitpool settings. Or apply the ability to use other codecs with higher bandwidth to improve sound quality. I ask you to transfer this to the department that is engaged in the development and updating of software. There are already cases of returning the Xtreme 3 due to this flaw!

    Awesome Bluetooth speaker.
    Jbl extreme 3 is an improvement from the jbl extreme 2. The only issues I have noticed are that, one, the battery life of the JBL extreme 3 doesn't last as much as the extreme 2 and lastly, there is no enough bass at max volume. Overall, the speaker is worth the money you pay for.
