Great table
The only thing cheap about this is the price. This is a very heavy duty inversion table , not to hard to put together but you should use your tools. Works very well and I feel safe and comfortable on it, the ankle restraints are very comfortable compared to the foam rollers on others, I would say it is only second to the teeter for that but they are almost just as nice for $300 less, everything came packed well and nothing damaged. Save your money and your back by buying this table.

I haven't taken it out of the box because it comes with a big label saying "From China Warning this product can cause cancer and reproductive ... www.P65Warning It's because of the foam pad is 100% Polyurethane

    Does provide relief.
    The table itself operates as it should come with visual cosmetic damage—some broken pieces of plastic. The cheap plastic finish, though, is nothing heavy duty besides the fact it can handle up to 350lbs. The plastic finish is flimsy over the handguard looks like it can be easily broken. The air lumbar support is a nice feature, though. But it helps with my back pain to make the days a little easier, and that's where it counts.

    Sturdy and works well
    Took about an hour to put together, but it would be hard to do with acute back pain. Works well and seems sturdy. Not as smooth as a Teeter table, but for the price difference I can live with it.

    Fantastic buy
    It works! Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It is absolutely solid and I have no hesitation in using it. I take my daily nap on it keeping it level so that I am on a firm surface but not on the floor. After I wake up I invert for a few minutes to provide the benefit to my back.

    better get help putting it together
    if you have a bad back, and you probably do if you're buying this, you'd better get help putting it together. LOTS of assembly required, and it's heavy. but it works mechanically speaking.

    Good back pain relief
    I purchased this because I was having back pain from sitting and it really helps. I use it twice a day for two minutes and have gotten to the point where I can also do 15 crunches while inverted. Not bad at 67! However, I did have a male friend try it out and he is very top heavy. It didn't work out so well for him. He managed to get inverted with my help, but couldn't get back up on his own. I would not recommend that someone who is overweight use it alone. Also the instructions to put it together are not great. The pictures are way too small for senior citizen eyes, and the parts are numbered/labeled on the instructions, but not on the parts themselves! So it took much longer than I would have liked to put it together.

    Excellent piece of equipment for the price
    Nice equipment for the price.I'm not one to take the time to write reviews but felt I should for this.you can't go wrong with this purchase. This is less than half the price you would pay for other makes. Took about 45 min to assemble.all hardware is labeled and easy to follow. Made solid and seems like it will last a long time.highly recommended.
