A month later, still waiting on parts
Came without screws. Customer service said they are taped under the seat. They are not. I requested replacement parts, which I thought were on their way. 4 weeks later, multiple emails, still no screws. I am ready to throw this thing in the garbage and move on.

    I am sure that my child would have loved this on christmas morning. But the item arrived with one piece missing. The face of the unicorn was missing, therefore we will have to return.

    My lo got this for Christmas and absolutely loves it. It was fairly easy to put together and baby figured out how to use the ball popper pretty quickly.
