A great set
As far as tie down sets go, this is a very good one. It is a set of four green ratchet tie downs. The ratchet part of them is very convenient because you are able to tighten the straps so everything is securely in place, versus simply tying the straps in knots and hoping that they will be tight enough. They are each ten feet long, which seemed to be long enough to strap down furniture. They have a 500-pound working load limit and 1500-pound break strength. I have had them for a while now and they seem to do a very good job. I have used them a couple of times now. I have used them to help out a friend move her furniture. Which took multiple trips. I had no trouble getting the straps secure and connected. There are directions on the back of the package that include pictures, which is always great if you are a visual learner like I am. I also didn't have any issues with the straps coming loose. As long as they are properly secured, then there should be no issues with them coming loose. Even after the times that I have used them, they still look new and have no damage on them, regarding their strength.

ratchet fell apart before using it
Ratch broke straight from the box. As soon as I went to use the ratchet it literally fell apart. 3 of them worked fine, but 1 fell apart instantly. I felt uneasy as I was securing a motorcycle into my truck bed. I ended up buying another brand.

    Using to tie an inflatable raft to my SUV hood
    I got these so that I could strap in inflatable raft to the top of my SUV Hood. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to thread them, as I'm not very good with tie straps. I think these are pretty pretty heavy duty. I think they'll do the job I might avoid taking it on the freeway though. Can't wait to use it this weekend.

    Ratchet Tie Downs
    This pack includes 4 10 foot tie downs. The weight limit is 500 pounds. The bright lime green is attractive and makes them very visible. They have secure hooks on each end so they can easily be fastened. The ratchet mechanism is simple to thread and operate. These straps should meet my needs perfectly.

    Works good and handy to have!
    We used these to tie down branches to take to the recycling center. They were sturdy and strong. They really condensed the branches (I should have taken a picture of them before using the ratchets for comparison). They are great to have around the house as they always come in handy.

    Sturdy tie downs
    I have had ratchet tie downs before, but loaned them out and they never found their way home. I got these just in time. I had to pick up a clothes dryer I bought at a big box store. I used these to secure the dryer in the back of my truck. The ratcheting straps made it easy to secure the load. At home, the quick release of the tension on the straps made the unload easy also. These straps are rated at 500 pounds and the webbing and hardware seem up to the task. For securing a load in your vehicle or trailer or even to tie down some deck furniture on a real windy day, these will serve you well.

    More Uses Than I Realized
    I was given the Hyper Tough Ratchet Tie Down Set in exchange for an unbiased review. The package arrived in good condition. However there was a slight bend to the packaging but no damage to the product. These tie downs are lime green which makes them easier to find in a messy garage/shed. They are light weight but still strong. We used them to secure a lawn mower in a pickup. They are not hard to release which makes for a faster job! The only draw back was the length. A few more feet would have been great but still theses things are handy. Securing loose items in the storage shed, big bulky things in the truck or holding boxes on my hand truck! Don't reach for a bungee cord when this ratchet tie down is what you need.

    Worked great
    Used this ratchet set to tie my kayak. Worked great with no problems. Drove 4 hours averaging 60 mph to 70 mph on the highway. They were easy to unlatch. Not abrasions resistance as the ratchet system functions are fine, but they appear and feel on the light side. The vinyl S hooks are a nice touch. Put 3 on my 2015 Polaris Ranger for hauling, it didn't even move during the 4 hrs trip. Worked surprisingly fine for what I needed them for. These are basic, easy to use, durable and cheap. I'd definitely recommend.

    Very Tough Ratchet Tie Down straps
    I received this product FREE from Walmart Spark Reviewer program to sample in my home for a review online. I picked the Hyper Tough 4 pack of 10 feet of ratchet tie downs to help a friend move from a home to a mobile home via pickup truck. The instructions to put these tie downs together to securely hold down your items is on the back of the container which explains all. Its very easy to use and can hold up to 500 lbs, which i think is great. These Ratchet tie downs i have seen before on 18 wheelers moving heavy products on the back of their flat bed trailers. I figure neon green is a great color to have too. I am very happy with the tie downs as they saved my friend money to hire someone to move her. I highly recommend

    Pretty solid
    The latches and belt to tighten work well. The fibers feel pretty solid and nicely woven together. It has a nice length and has a vibrant color. I hooked it to my trailer across my welder and it worked well. As long as you stay with in the weight guide lines. I dont see why this wouldn't be a good product to get.
