Good tie downs for the money
Got these Hyper Tough 13 ft x 1 inch cam buckle tie down straps (2 pack) for lighter use. These straps are easy to use and look pretty durable. I used them already on the hand truck and pick-up truck with no problem. Keep in mind that these are on the narrow side (1 inch). I personally would use wider straps to tie down furniture or wood from the lumber store.

Very Simple, but Freys Strap When Clamped
I like the idea of this strap. It's a super simple design. You just wrap the strap around whatever you need held down (or together) and pull it through the clamp. Yes, it is really that easy. The problem comes in when you unlatch the clamp. It pulls the fibers apart and leaves freys. Over time, I'm sure this will cause issues for the entire strap. With that in mind, I do think these straps would be just fine for very lightweight jobs, but not many. Overall, I do like these and will recommend them knowing they will not last long.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/03/2022Functional, handy to have in the carI own a hatchback and sometimes transport feral animals in cages of various sizes in the back. If there are two or more cages, I find I need to put the back seats down and balance one a bit precariously on the seat backs, as well as once in a while not being able to get the hatchback completely closed (so it latches). These straps will be very handy to have in the car for times like that - I can tie down a cage so it doesn't wobble around or tie the hatchback down securely so it doesn't bounce around while I drive. The straps are 13 ft. long, 1" wide webbed material (nylon, I believe). Each has a break strength of 600 lbs. so that means a working load limit of 200 lbs. The buckle is metal and feels sturdy. The webbed strap simply feeds into the buckle by pushing the clasp part (called a thumb button on the package) open and inserting the end of the strap. It is easy to do and then can be pulled tighter easily, too. Once the clasp part is closed, the strap can still be tightened with no trouble but stays securely in place when trying (as hard as I could) to pull it back out, until the clasp is opened again. These straps would be useful for quite a variety of purposes so I'm relieved to have them; however they are not appropriate for towing or lifting, per the package. I would recommend having a set on hand.GrandmaJ

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/02/2022Good for small jobsThese are nice for small jobs. Definitely would not trust with anything too big They are easy to use. Only took a fee minutes to get them set up to secure something to a Hand truck to move. All in all great purchase for small jobs like that.nooble

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/01/2022Multi useI have several of these straps. They are useful for everything. I specifically use 2 to latch my kids trampoline to a tree. When we get high winds I'm worried about our trampoline flying off. I've used one strap to tie down the trampoline and used the other to tie down the swing set. I've also used them to hang our punching bag and tie items to my carKris

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/29/2022Great strapsSo my husband hoards straps. They are stashed everywhere, the shop, the house, both vehicles. He was very happy with these. They are lighter than he normally buys, but he said there are so many things he can use them to strap down. He also really likes the buckles as it makes them quick and easy to use.Sam2179

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/26/2022Sturdy and easy to useThese straps are made of a durable material with a seemingly heavy duty latch that is easy to use. Lashing straps have limited use to begin, but I can see these coming in handy when moving things that need to stay closed. (I.e. dresser drawers, refrigerators, etc).amorton21
