Outstanding customer service
This bike drives great. Going 25 mph on a bicycle is a new sensation, I like it. The forks could be more sturdy but I am definitely getting what I paid for with this product. The front wheel well assembly arrived damaged, and the front wheel arrived out of true, so I had to get the wheel repaired at the the local bike mechanic. I messaged Hyper Bicycles and they are sending me a new part free of charge! Their initial response time was fifteen minutes! I was able to order the part the same day as my inquiry! They say it will be here within 3-5 business days! I am impressed so far. 5 stars very good.

Damaged ( possibly in transit )
The packaging was completely damaged when it arrived. I opened to find both and back mudguards damaged. My wife loves the bike and it's super smooth ride though. Personally I feel the bike is great, but very disappointed with the packaging and delivery. Hence the 2 star

    Great ebike for the price
    This is our first ebike purchase and we are not disappointed, purchased 2 bikes, very easy to assemble (maintenance mechanic) Lol great price for entry level ebike! If your on the fence about this ebike, go for it, you will not be disappointed! We travel (camp) often and this bike is our new toy to take along!

    Hyper electric 700c e bike
    This is a great bike. The power assist didn't work at first. We contacted the manufacturer with a tole free number found in the owners manual. They sent me a easy to follow video. With a small adjustment it now works perfect. Don't be afraid of the very low price as the quality is good.

    SHIPPING WAS CONFUSING[IE COVID;I GUESS] , AFTER IT GOT HERE ASSEMBLY A LITTLE BIT OF A TASK ,HOWEVER ,KID RODE IT ONE TIME SO FAR SEEMS TO BE OK , SO FOR THE PRICE A GOOD BIKE, IF IT KEEPS GOING. ALSO IF YOUR OF LIMITER HEALTH IT CAN GET YOU SOME EXERCIZE WITHOUT TOO MUCH STRAIN.

    Great E-Bike for cruising around the city
    This is a great beginner E-Bike !! Bought these for my wife and I ( 39 and 43 years of age ) to cruise around the city, riverbed, and beach.. Had them both for about a month with no issues Pros: -Aluminum Frame -Shimano Components ( Take back bike if they send Falcon Components … Falcon is horrible ) -Surprisingly good brakes for rim brakes -Machined Alloy Wheels -Comfortable Grips -Upright Seat position is so comfortable -Good Power with the Peddle Assist Cons: -Saddle is like a rock - Quil Stem Headset -Chain Guard is junk -Pedals are small -No Quick Release on Wheels All in all I would recommend this to any one who wants to cruise around the city and see if an ebike is for you… At 398.00 you really don't have a lot to loose

    Ride like the wind!
    This blue Hyper E-Ride is our 4th brand of electric bicycle in my household, and by far the least expensive. It's a great entry level bike that is easy to assemble and ride. Note: this is a pedal assist or you can ride it without power - it does not have a throttle like my other 3 E-Bikes. The Hyper bike comes with front and back reflectors, but not front or back lights which are required to legally ride after dusk. It does not have a speedometer, odometer, basket, or any frills - which is fine. It's easy to buy and attach these things as they are wanted or needed. I went ahead and bought a matching 2nd one of these Hyper E-Ride bikes so we can take them on trips and not worry about losing our $2,000 E-Bikes. They are great for friends and family when we do a group ride if others don't own a bike or E-bike. We also have traditional bikes, but as we get older the E-bikes are so nice with hills and longer rides.

    bike is taller then advertised.
    Under product details this bike is for riders that are 5' 2" to 5' 10". That is not correct. the height is for a rider of 5' 4" to 6' 2". I am 5' 7" and it fits me with the seat all the way down. With the seat all the way down, it's 34" from the top to the ground.

    Fun Pedal assist E-bike
    My husband assembled both bikes, long process and the brakes were probably the hardest thing to originally calibrate. The seat is not bad but I found a memory foam seat I put over the existing seat for a little more comfort. You can either take the battery out or leave it in the bike when charging. It holds a charge pretty well. Probably can get 20 miles or so. 3 levels of pedal assist. Probably tops out at about 18 miles per hour. I put saddle bags on my rack and used the bike to go to the store and buy groceries when we were in FL last year (only transportation besides motor home) I would recommend this ebike. You can't beat the price point. I have only owned 10 months. I thought about a 5 star review as I really don't have any issues.
