Super easy to set up and pretty self explanatory. Super lightweight compared to my family's previous carpet cleaners. Tested it out on our kitchen rug. Just one pass and looks brand new In that spot! Didn't realize how dull the rug actually was until after.

Do Not Buy
I used the carpet cleaner three times than one time with the attachments after I used the attachments, the little flap door where you plug them in, would not close a spring broke, and now the cleaner will not operate. Customer service wants me to drive an hour away to a repair shop just to see it even though I sent a picture It's not worth the gas to tell me there's nothing they can do Very disappointed I thought I would give Hoover a try being made in America and they really let me down. Don't count on their Warranty

    I absolutely love this machine, it has exceeded all my expec
    I was shocked at how well this product has worked. I now won't be bothered with replacing carpet in our new home. Thank you Hoover from the bottom of my heart

    Great value and quality
    It has two easy to clean removable water tanks.One to fill with clean water and one that holds the dirty water after using it.The suction is great and my carpets dried really fast after I used it.It also has a removable upholstery cleaner that works great and comes with a bad to hang on the back of the cleaner.Its lightweight and very easy to use.

    Good motor
    I've just used this cleaner this past weekend, and it did a good job. The only thing is that the plastic handle isn't as firm/ sturdy as it should be, flimsy even. This isn't my first cleaner, and the plastic was solid and well made. The thing that I would change would be, go back in time to the way things were made over 30 years ago.

    Amazing little machine!
    My parents just moved and purchased a home in SC. We will be redoing all the floors in the home but in the meantime decided to pick up one of these Hoover machines just to clean up the carpets some. What it picked up was both amazing yet disgustingly shocking. It literally lifted up years and years of red clay dirt on those carpets. Get one!

    Clearing up bad reviews
    I have not yet used this as I just took it out of the box and put it together. Assembly was so easy!!! I know there was a few reviews that I saw that mentioned bad things about it right out of the box, so I wanted to clear them up. Yes, water did come out of the hose, as I would expect it to, this means it's been tested. Secondly, getting it to stand up and lock...you have to push down the handle release with your foot, and push the handle as far forward as possible, then let go of the release. Once you do it a couple times, it gets easier, and you won't have to hold down the handle release with your foot any more to get it locked. That being said I can't wait to use my new Hoover.

    I love it!
    since the first time I used it like literally right out of the box it has been amazing it picked up all the dirt my old vacuum cleaner couldn't and my carpet literally looks brand new!
