Great little cleaner!
This little carpet cleaner is great! I have my carpets professionally cleaned every 3-4 months, and bought this to try and save $ on cleaning. My carpets were just cleaned 3 weeks ago so the water today should have been reasonably clear- but look at that grossness!! Machine is lightweight and easy to use, no bells or whistles, just good strong cleaning and drying. Highly recommend!

MISSING PARTS!!! WORST Customer service ever!!
Parts were missing!!! Horrible customer service, I bought this for my mother for her birthday. When she opened it, it was missing the entire front assembly that sucks up the cleaner and dirt. I tried to take it back to Walmart, with receipt, and since it fell out of the 90 day window, they said I would have to contact the manufacturer. Hoover then tells me I am just out of luck, because I was days out of their return policy, and I could buy the part from them… I have the messages screen shotted. It's brand new in the original box, and it's a 100$ pile of junk without that part. I will never deal with them again and I strongly urge that if you buy this as a gift. That you open it at the store and check for all the pieces. I never want to see the brand Hoover again after this and how we were treated from the customer service department. I would give anything to have just bought a nice Dyson, or any other brand.

    I had to clean stinky teenager carpet and I initially thought the carpet BLEACHED but that goes to show exactly how much dirt, juice and soda accumulated. I hired Stanley Steamers and their machine did an OUNCE of what this Hoover did! The photos are proof! Impossible RESULTS!! We need to replace the carpets but this surely bought us more time and now we can clean up spills immediately!

    Wish clean up before storage was easier
    It did an OK job of cleaning the carpet and you do get a ton of gross stuff and really dark water which makes you just want to rip all your carpet up and just go with anything else throughout the house! However, I do see some design flaws on clean up. You cannot easily take the rolling brush out to clean the underside of the machine. Directions say you have to remove six screws with a screwdriver in order to take the rolling brush out. That should be a simple lever or some thing that you push in order to clean up the brushes. I would see overtime that this would be a huge hassle. Wish they had done some thing different there.

    Hooever Power Dash Carpet Cleaner
    I bought this product and it leaked water out and ruined my rug. It would not suck up the water after I tried to used to clean rug. I was going to return to Walmart where I work but it sat in garage and now I am in unable to start a return on it. I had to buy a new rug. Now im out of time which I thought was 6 months. but am unable to start a store return and I work for Walmart. I'm stuck with throwing it out. I used to exactly 20 minutes snd it destroyed my rug. It apparently doesn't pick water up once I used it to clean rug. Its a disaster.

    wish i could drive
    i bought this oct 19th, the bearings were going out because it was extremely loud, the bearings finally blew, and it started smoking, I've had it for 2months, um going to buy another one, today, i hope this one is better, I'm a disabled veteran living in a hotel, i use it because my service dog has accidents now ole thunder is getting old, I've always said when goes i go I've been here long enough especially in this dump of a world. i hope your cleaner works better.

    Bang for your buck
    Honestly for the price it works really well. It cleaned my carpets really well. My carpets look fresh smell good and look super clean. My carpet was terrible. My dog loves peeing in the front lol but I honestly was skeptical at first and avoided buying this, but I broke down and did it. I remember spending like 300 on a crappy one. But this one is really good!! And easy do dump the dirty water out and also super easy to push

    I like that it's compact I like that it's easy to maneuver and I just plain like the fact that it does what it claims to do and it does check out the nasty water from just a small patch of carpet. Love it

    Dont buy
    It cleaned well, but the plastic suction piece in the front keep coming off, it just snaps on and is plastic. Anything you bump into it comes off, Very frustrating, I would not recommend this Unit to any one.

    Great Carpet Cleaner!!
    Love this carpet cleaner! I've been renting commercial cleaners for years but not any more. Its easy to use and lightweight. The cleaning power is fantastic and I have 3 cats and 2 dogs.

    Wow, wasn't expecting this
    I purchased this at the $88 price. I was so shocked how this little machine worked awesome! I rented one from my local hardware store the commercial ones and this was better than that one. It's easy to use and it even removed that slim that my kid plays with. The only con is that the water filler is a little small and you do have to refill often to finish a room. Worth every penny. (Pictures was after one clean imagine what two would be like)
