I bought this in January 2019 n it still works great little cleaning n it runs 24/7. Best buy! wish i could find the pads for the oil tray

Ive had my humidifier almost a year and out of nowhere it's shutting off in the middle of me using it. i clean it once a week and I make sure to not over fill it.

    disappointed
    i bought this because the tank looked easy to clean but I've had it for 9 months and it will no longer come on. Very disappointing quality

    Review part 2(after I used it for a month)
    Well it stopped working. I have read the instructions over and I can't seem to figure out the problem. The papers that were given with it don't even have a number to call to see how it can be fixed. Honestly, for the month that it did work it was great. I loved it, my plants loved it, and my roommate loved it. It has helped me sleep so much better. So, if you want something that will work great for one month, then this is for you

    Greatest humidifier ever!!!!!
    This is a wonderful item I use it all of the time at night it helps to keep you from waking us dry and stuffy, I bought my son one too he has allergies and it has helped him so much!! I like the fact it fills from the top and runs 30 hrs. it is a great item I have nothing bad to say about it for it is the best humidifier I have ever owned, you will not be sorry you bought this one!!!!

    It does the job
    I love the top fill. I got this for my plants, we move them in a room in my shop during the winter but the humidity was so low. I keep this running 24/7. One of our cactus don't like it, the rest of the plants love it though. Her spider plants have babies sprouting everywhere. Our Christmas cactus plants usually bloom around Thanksgiving, they bloomed again in January. I more or less set up a greenhouse in one of the rooms in my shop with LED grow lights, water and now the humidifier. They all go back on the front porch when spring arrives.

    I like that it is top fill easy to use, emits a nice stream of moist air, it's quiet. Only negative is that it is pricey.

    Very displeased
    This is the second humidifier I bought and both went out within the first few times of using it. Very unfortunate bc this was my favorite one Iv had so far. I just only wish they would last longer than a week

    I DO NOT recommend - MOLD
    I DO NOT recommend this product. It cannot be cleaned properly and mold builds up in the tube and inside the directional lid. Replacement parts are unavailable and HoMedics has been unresponsive. Cleaning the base with vinegar once per week does not keep this mold from occurring, and bleach has been unsuccessful at removing it.

    Affordable and reliable
    This humidifier unit works well. It is affordable, easy to fill and sprays for hours (even overnight). It works so well, I had to shut it off for a few days as my house got too moist but I don't mind because that's how I know it is working. I first purchased a similar style on amazon called “gocheer” (clear cylinder tank with glowing lights) but it broke down within the first week. That's when I searched walmart and found this.
