Great storage!
What I like about this storage tub is that it is clear and that the lid had height to it rather than taking up space by "dipping" down when attached.

    The little bin that could!
    Overall, the build quality is good for this bin, the lid is a little soft but not too flimsy. I would avoid stacking "heavy" things on this lid, especially over 2-3 bings high. Remember, this bin tapers towards the bottom, rather than going straight from top to bottom. So you will have less wiggle room at the bottom compared to the top, this can be an inconvenience if you're stacking things to avoid them moving once inside. But for the price, this is a great buy.

    Not durable.disappointed.
    Bin arrived damaged. For a Hefty brand product, this is disappointing. To get a refund, I’d have to re-package this enormous thing and bring it to a fedex or Walmart, which is simply not worth the hassle for $13. Disappointed.

    Received 10, but 2 are broken and unusable. I don’t know if Walmart staff filled my order with 2 broken items or did it get broken on transit. I presumed my order was filled with 2 broken tubs because the broken items were not the first or last of the stack. Also I witness the lady delivered it in my porch and she saw the 1 broken box or tub but after I inspected each one, I found another one. Anyway, the lady told me to call Walmart bec. she doesn’t know how to go about it. I just need replacement of the 2 items.

    incomplete order no way to correct easily 0
    I purchased 6 containers which I needed immediately only to discover there was only 5 lids. my first response was to return the order and see if I could shop some place else however due to time constraints I could not. So I am stuck with on useless container. Returning 6 containers would have been difficult due to the weight and very large box. I don't see anywhere in the order where I can request they just send me my lid. I always hesitate to order online for this very reason

    Great Product, Poor Fulfillment/Communication
    Pricing on the product was good; it was easy to find and order the product; INITIAL delivery speed was also good. However, the quantity and the delivery of the actual product was lack luster. The amount of items ordered was not able to be fulfilled. SOME of the product came in MUCH later than originally promised (which affected our move and all the other logistical items). Other products came in damaged. The system should never have allowed me to order the amount of product items as I did when the entire Walmart system did not have them to fulfill. On the positive, Walmart did refund the missing items and refunded me for the damaged items. Lastly, Walmart did give me a SMALL gift card for my inconvenience but it did still cost me when I had to reschedule other logistical items (such as storage, movers, truck, etc.).

    Damaged product was shipped
    One of the bins came with a hole in the bottom and a cracked rim! There was zero damage to the box, so it was packaged that way.

    Ordered 2 Hefty plastic bins
    One of the bins was perfect but the second one had the bottom split across the bin, sorry to say I have to get a replacement. This is the first time this ever happened. Gave the broken one 1 star and the other one 5 stars
