Just what I was looking for at a great price.
This HP was easy to set up and transfer data. I needed to upgrade my 10+year old HP to Windows 10 and this has all the features I need. I'm old school and still use the disk drive and card slot. You would never know it was refurbished.

Not very satisfied. If fact down right upset.
I bought two. The first one fried during a storm even though I had a surge protector. The second one came in with a bad mother board and shut down the whole thing. I DO NOT recommend buying this computer.

    Product good, shipped fast, search was a pain.
    The outstanding thing about this order was trying to find a product that met my needs/wants in spite of the search tool. I specifically searched for "new" but still had to weed through dozens, probably hundreds, of refurbished products. It helped to set a price range that was over most of the refurbished ones. Other than that, the order worked great. It shipped about a week earlier than advertised, arrived in good shape, and works well. It did arrive in an HP box though, so make sure you wait for it.

    Good price and quality
    I bought this computer to upgrade from my old slow one. I like most things about this computer except you have to update to the newest version of windows 10 and I would rather have had a vertical CD player. Other than that I would recommend this computer to anyone.

    So far so good
    We have had this about a week. So far it is doing well. It is a computer that is used by everyone in our family. We use it mainly for internet and documents and photos. The kids are able to do their schoolwork without any problems. Start up was very quick and easy...took me less than 10 minutes. That included hooking it up and getting it started so we could use it.
